Safety precautions:

- pull the AC adapter from the outlet when not in use
- do not use if the mat is not operating properly, if this occurs contact our customer service
staff.
- do not use the mat under a blanket - this may lead to overheating
- keep mat and cable from hot objects
Cleaning:
After use, unplug the wall current adapter, and wait for the mat to cool (if warm).
Wipe off the mat with a moist rag or sponge. Do not use a brush.
Prevent an excessive amount of water from soaking into the mat.
Use only mild detergents, not ammonia, furniture polish, gasoline or other organic
solvents. After cleaning, dry immediately with a soft rag.
Storage:
When not in use, the mat can be stored by folding the two ends to meet in the middle then fol-
ding in half. Either return the mat to its shipping carton or storeflat in a cool, dry place. Take
care not to damage the surface of the mat with sharp objects.
Do not lift or move the mat by pulling on either the power or the controller connection cables.
For the sake of the environment, we request that you take packaging material to be recycled
(collection points).
Disposal of appliances and batteries
Electrical and electronic devices may not be disposed of with domestic waste.
Consumers are obliged by law to return electrical and electronic devices at the end
of their service lives to the public collecting points set up for this purpose or point of sale.
Details to this are defined by the national law of the respective country. This symbol on
the product, the instruction manual or the package indicates that a product is subject to
these regulations. By recycling, reusing the materials or other forms of utilising old devi-
ces, you are making an important contribution to protecting our environment.
Guarantee:
The guarantee lasts for 36 months from the date of purchase for manufacturers' error in
material and quality. This guarantee is only valid if the instructions in the "instructions for
use" have been followed. The guarantee is no longer valid if the device is damaged due

HEAT
Soothing, penetrating heat to the lower back region is activated
with the HEAT button. To turn off heat, simply press the button
again.
ZONE Massage Intensity Switch
Direct massage of specific regions:
Neck/shoulder and back area (BACK)
Lumbar region (LUMBAR)
Thigh/calf region (THIGHS)
Each area can be adjusted separately or in any possible combi-
nation.
To select a massage zone, push the corresponding switch from
the position "OFF" into the direction LOW / HI.
Intensity (LOW / HI)
There are two intensity levels available for each region.
LOW = low
HI = high
In order to set the requested intensity, push the respective switch into the position LOW or
HI.
Attention!
When selecting the heat feature with massage action, there will be a slight decrease in
the strength of the massage action. This is perfectly normal and should not be inter
preted as a defect.
Before operating:
- Place the massage mat on a stable surface (bed, floor, couch, easy chair,
armchair etc.). The massage is most effective when in a lying position.
- Connect the plug of the power supply unit to the massage mat plug.
- Connect the 220 Volt plug to the power supply unit of the mains.
Important Advice:
Please pay attention to the fact that the three sliding switches are set on "OFF" before
connecting the 230 volt plug to the mains power supply.
- Disconnect from power supply after use! -

Massage Mat Equipment
5 motors and heat
The massage mat has five integrated motors, providing for a pleasant massage at five
different regions of the body by means of vibration. The five motors are respectively loca-
ted in the centre of the neck/shoulder area, in the back and lumbar area, as well as in the
thigh and calf area. The motors in the neck/shoulder and back area, as well as in the
thigh and calf area are respectively switched on together. The motor in the lumbar area is
switched on separately. The intensity is adjustable in two levels. The heat in the back is
switched on or off by pressing the "HEAT" key.
For the correct operation of the remote control please read the operating instructions
before application.
Caution:
- Do not use the massage mat
- with a pacemaker
- during pregnancy
- if you have thrombosis
- if you have pains of unknown origin
- Do not use the massage mat for longer than 15 minutes.
- Long periods of massage could lead to the massage mat overheating, interrupt
the massage and wait until the mat has cooled down.
