Error Code 11 in unit 3!

We have noticed some cases, where this error message shows up.

Symptoms: There might be two different symptoms.

1. After pressing the Gun-trigger, the feeding speed will be max. for app. 5

sec,

then the feeder stops and the error 11 in unit 3, shows up at the display,

or into the error log.

2. The feeding speed will go max, above a certain speed, for instance 7m/min.

Reason: Defective pulse generator in the Drive-unit.

_________________________________________________________________________________________

Actions: Use a Frequency meter or an Oscilloscope, to check the pulse signal between:

M2 and M3, at the Main Board.

If the pulse is missing or disappears above a certain set speed,

replace the drive unit, according to the normal complaint routine.
