Introduction
Thank you for purchasing our absorption refrigerator Alda Absorp. This manual is prepared to help
you operate and maintain your refrigerator more efficiently. Keep it in a safe convenient place.
Safety statements
The door hinging of this refrigerator has been designed to permit you to arrange either right
hand or left hand door opening.
Do not work on live electrical circuits. Turn off power sources before attempting to remove, service,
or repair any of the refrigerator's electrical or electronic components.
Do not modify, bypass, or eliminate any of the refrigerator's electrical components, electronic
circuits. All services must be provided by technical specialist.
Do not wet or spray liquids on or near electrical connections or electronic components. Most
liquids, including leak detection solutions, are electrically conductive and pose the potential for an
electric shock hazard, short electrical components, damage electronic circuits, and/or ignite a fire.
The cooling unit is a sealed system under pressure! Do not try to repair or recharge the cooling
unit. Do not bend, drop, weld, drill, puncture, saw, or strike the cooling unit.
During cooling the condensator which is situated in backside could have higher temperature.
Fresh air must be directed to flow through the surface areas of the absorber coils, condenser fins
and the outer surface of cooling unit.
For the best cooling performance: Let air move freely inside the entire food compartment, cover all
liquids and moist foods, do not open the door any longer than necessary.
Do not make retreatments or provide services inroads by yourself.
Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause injury or
property damage. Refer to this manual. For assistance or additional information, contact a
qualified installer, service agency. Use original spare parts from producer only.
Operate and remove the refrigerator very carefully to prevent strokes, shaking which can
cause property damage of refrigerator.
Make sure the installation has been referend to this manual.

Incorrect ventilation can cause imperfect operation or damage and as a consequence loss of
warranty. Ensure the air flow in the lower intake vent, through the refrigerator coils and

condenser, and out the upper exhaust vent is not blocked or decreased. Pay high attention to
adhere to the installation scheme, always keep completely free ventilation of backside!
1. Installation
1.1. Location
Locate the refrigerator away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.). Direct sunlight
may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption.
Pay attention to horizontal location of refrigerator. You can use water level for certain.
Warning:
1. Do not close the ventilation leak in upper panel and on the upper desk of built -in cabinet for whole lenght in
any case!!! If the cabinet will be put too close to the wall it is necessary to made a ventilation leak to upper desk
above the cooling system. At least it have to be 400 x 50 mms. The minimum space for the outlet of the warm air
has to be 200cm

Outlet space can be cover up by grid from design reasons.
2. Ideal outlet of warm air will be ensured in case you will install product into the furniture without back side. Warm
air must be outlet to the room, not to close space like other cabinet.
3. For optimal convection is necessary to make sure the air supply in the front part of furniture, for example with
ventilation grid or open plinth in whole width. Minimum size of ventilation leak must be 400 x 50 mm (200 cm

).
4. Allow 10mm of space between the refrigerator and sides of locker, which allows the proper air ventilation .
No safes, TV, fixtures and fittings should be situated on the refrigerator!

1.2. Electrical connection
Before beginning this procedure make sure the RV DC power system is supplying 230V / 50Hz to the refrigerator
as its mentioned in instruction card.
Maximum defiection -5% do +5% from electrical pension 230V / 50Hz is accepted. The refrigerator plugg must
be plugged grounded properly.
Do not connect refrigerator to adaptor or extension cable!
The refrigerator is equipped with a two prong (grounded) plug for protection against shock hazards and should be
plugged directly into a properly grounded two prong receptacle.
Supplier isnt responsible for damage and injury which has been caused by infringement of this

1.3. Cleaning
It may be the best time to make effective cleaning of the cabinet interior and other parts of the refrigerator every
time after the defrosting has been exercised. Remove all stored foods. Wash out cabinet with mild soap and
water. Cleaning before first using recommended.
IMPORTANT
Don’t use abrasive or caustic cleaning powder, polishes, cleaning paste, gasoline, turpentine or others. Use a
damp cloth for wiping and finish with a soft dry cloth.
1.4. Instalation of fixing rails
We recommend to fix the rails to upper part of door. Fix the smaller part on the door of refrigerator and longer
part fix on the door of furniture (cabin). Be sure that the furniture and refrigerator are balanced perfectly before
you will osten the screws.
1.5. Door stabilization
Minibars are tested in the manufactory. Despite of this, after first filled of shelfes in doors of minibars may be
shelfes defected little bit. This may caused worst manipulation closing the door, mainly at freestanding minibars.
To the balanced of door is needed:
- Loosen screws gently and tighten the screws which are parts of lower and upper hinge
- Set up again the regulation screws at the back side of refrigerator
- Double check the quality of shutting the door with beverages
1.6. Shut-down long-term
Before shut-down all beverages should be takes away from refrigerator, turn off power sources and clean
interior carefully. Let the door opened to avoid bad smell.
If your refrigerator is not working properly, firstly do the following steps before contact authorizated
technician.
)A The temperature inside of minibar is not right
You need to check:
Door is closed properly

The setting of thermoregulator is correct
Locate the refrigerator away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.)
Always keep completely free ventilation of backside
Semantic aggregate is always clean
)B If your refrigerator is not working properly
Check the following trouble shooting hints
Refrigerator plug is plugged properly
Electrical connection and jumper cabel hasnt been interruped
Main circuit-breaker hasnt been switched off or mains fuse hasnt been damaged
1.7. Liquidation of wrappage
Following steps are recommended:
Throw paper, carton and boxes into the waste container destined for this purpose
Throw plastic material into the waste container destined for this purpose
1.8. Disposal of product after warranty period
Hand in the product to the one of the collection points of the Elektrowin´s system. You
will find the list of this points on the www.elektrowin.cz. Do not leave the poduct in
municipal waste in any case. You will help to protect the environment.
2. Stowage beverages
Baverages should be located so that it wont have any influence over the proper air ventilation
Refrigerator is intended for beverages, not for foodstuff
3. Care and Maintainance
The Temperature range can be set as low as +2°C or as high as +8°C to suit your specific storage requirements
Refrigerator has only one control for regulating the temperature. The temperature control is located on the upper
right hand corner of the compartment.. Refrigerator is operating automatically. If you want to turn off the
refrigerator you have to unplug it.
You should install the refrigerator in a place where the ambient temperature is
between +10°C - +20°C. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended
temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. Inner temperature of
refrigerator can be at maximum 20°C lower then the ambient temperature.

Refrigerator includes LED light. The light is switched on automatically when the door is opened.
Possible condensate is drained out by hose to the back-side container where is
evaporated.
4. Maintenance
Don’t use abrasive or caustic cleaning powder, polishes, cleaning paste, gasoline, turpentine or other similar. Use
a damp cloth for wiping and finish with a soft dry cloth.
Do not expose door-gutter seal to oily environmernt. Clean door-gutter seal very carefully and regularly.
At least once a year clean the aggregate in the back of the refrigerator to remove the dust use soft cloth or
vacuum cleaner. That way you will prevent the drop of cooling power and you will extend the lifetime period of
your refrigerator.
5. Safety instructions
Cooling medium: compound of ammonia and distilled water, content of ammonia is 23%
In case of leakage, this concentration can caused non life-threatening nausea. If nausea is caused by this
substance we advise to affected person to leave the permises of the leakage and go outside and take a deep
breath of fresh air.

6. Warranty conditions
Important notice:
Keep confirmed original certificate of warranty in a safe convenient place. In the case
of damage, lost or abuse the certificate of warranty, there will be a paid servise
provided (even if it is in the guarantee period).
Certificate of warranty has to be confirmed by the store, where was the goods bought.
It must contain: type and serial number of product
stamp and sign of the seller
guarantee period
The condition of providing warranty is properly filled in certificate of warranty.
The product will not be repaired in the guarantee period:
if the buyer will not show certificate of warranty or if there is any change made by buyer
if the installation and maintainance hasnt been referend to this manual
if buyer does not make retreatments or provide services inroads by yourself, does ot afer to
the safety statement
Guarantee period is for the 24 months from the day of purchase
Complaint of other type it must be announced to the organization, where was the product bought (it is in the Civil
code number 47/1992), and it always has to be with the written statement of the responsible service technician.
In case of returning of the product to the seller must be product complete, not damage, clean and safed against
the damage during the transportation.
Seller has to show the product in front of the buyer if it is requested. Reclamations after like a mechanical
damage, will not be accepted. It is recommended to safe the carton from the product for the potencial
reclamation.
There should be kept the instructions for using and for the installation of the product written in the manual.
For the product will not be provided the demand for warranty service, in case the product was repaired by
unauthorized technician or in case of any changes in the product.
Transport costs concerning the reclamation will be paid by buyer.
