This manual is only apply to the “Solar OPS” series products by Array Power &

Cleaning Energytech, Inc., and the Company reserves the right of final explanation.

The content in this manual is for user’s operation and maintenance only. Please

Section I: Service Range and Type

Solar OPS (shown as picture 1) is applied for outdoor solar energy storage, which

could be installed with supporting hanger provided by us (shown as picture 2). The

product is made by the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFexM(1-x)PyOz) cells with

advantages of low self discharging rate, zero pollution, long service life, up to

1500-2000 times charging and discharging cycles, and high reliability.

Section III: Service Condition

3.1 Solar OPS IP code is 65 grades that can be used both indoor and outdoor.

3.2 Rated charging: voltage: DC 28.830.4V current: 5A

3.3 Rated discharging: voltage: DC 20.826.4V current: up to the load power, and

the maximum load power no more than 240W.

Notice: Solar OPS built-in a Protection Circuit Board inside, please operate in

accordance with the manual instructions strictly.

4.2 Dimensions（measuring unit：mm）：

Section V: Safety Cautions

5.1 Do not put Solar OPS into fire or close to the heat sources;

5.2 Please charging with supporting solar panel;

5.3 Please connect to anode and cathode exactly;

5.4 Please do not open Solar OPS enclosure without authorization of Company’s

technician as the Protection Circuit Board inside;

5.5 Connecting anode and cathode with metal is extremely prohibited;

5.6 No striking, throwing and trampling to Solar OPS;

5.7 Do not put Solar OPS in the water, and please storage in the shady and dry place

while not using;

5.8 Please full-charging Solar OPS before using since hasn’t been used for over 6

months;

5.9 Solar OPS “Input”& “Output” do not touch each other to avoid the short-circuit;

5.10 Please be noted the illustrated picture of socket of anode and cathode (shown as

picture 5).

The left one in the picture is Output port: 1for anode, 2 for cathode;

The right one is Input port: L for anode, N for cathode.

Notice: When you plug an external connection to the socket, as shown in the

schematic wiring polarity, be sure correspond do not connect reversely, and

when use multimeters to measure voltage, do not put 2 multimeter pens

together to prevent short-circuits.

Section VI: Suggestions

1. Solar OPS best working temperature is 15C45C due to cell characteristics. The

temperature too high or too low will cause partial power cannot be released and that

would shorten service time of load-end.

2. Solar OPS is better to charge 40%60% of capacity and keep the packs in room

temperature storage while battery long does not use.

3. The Company is not responsible for any accident caused by operating does not

comply with this manual.

Maintenance Instruction

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing ApPower Solar OPS, and please be advised that the

warranty period of Solar OPS is one year dated from the delivery date, within which

we will provide free maintenance.

The exception from warranty as following:

1. The damage from transportation, packing & improper operation is caused by user;

2. Unauthorized dismantlement;

3. Altering delivery date;

4. Using larger load power than rated power by user;

5. Operating didn’t comply with operation manual and safety cautions.
