Western Supplement Parts List & Installation Instructions

SUPPLEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
FOR
MODELS 1340,1380 & 1390 FORD LIFT-MOUNT ASSEMBLIES
This supplement instruction applies to 199 & Later Ford F150, F250 & F350 Super Cab and Chassis Cab
vehicles produced after August 1989.
The vehicle frame horn end to which the snowplow Lift Frame attaches no longer has the top slot as
ilustrated in the diagram and described in Para. 2 of Installation Instruction Form No.'s 13303.13315 &
13372.
Attach Lift Frame to the bottom slot of vehicle frame per Para. 2 of instructions. Clamp Lift Frame to
vehicle frame at top horizontal slot with Spacers and Clamp Pads furnished in this kit, and 5/8" X 2" bolts,
flat washers and locknuts furnished in Lif-Mount box. NOTE: Eight (8) spacers are furnished. Use a
combination of spacers equal to the frame thickness to assure proper clamping of lift to vehicle frame.

Complete the installation per instructions in Lift-Mount box.
