Conditions for providing warranty services
1. During the warranty period, the user who sends the product to the service center
must present a valid sales receipt and a warranty card from the manufacturer. The
warranty period starts from the date specied in the sales receipt. The user must
properly store the warranty card and the sales receipt from the seller. In the event of
the loss of a sales receipt, the warranty period starts from the date of manufacture of
the product.
2. According to state regulations, the following circumstances are not included in the
guarantee, they are paid for repair:
- improper transportation, installation, use, repair and maintenance of the product;
- Disassembly of the device itself or not in the ocially designated points;
- Malfunctions are caused by force majeure circumstances;
- Expiration of the warranty period;
- Use for commercial purposes;
- Malfunctions caused by conditions of use of the device, for example, power, water,
temperature, humidity, climate or other factors that the manufacturer can not inuence.
2. According to the decision of the People’s Republic of China «On the repair,
exchange and return of goods», this device belongs to the category of home
appliances, within a period of up to 7 days from the date of purchase of a possible
return, 15 days - the exchange of the device, the warranty period is 2 years.

service center or other established point.
