Newhouse Hardware CHM1 is a replacement chime unit that can be used to replace an existing chime. It is compatible with 16 Volt AC, 10 Watt or 16 Volt AC, 15 Watt transformers. The chime has three terminals: "FRONT" for the front door push button wire, "TRANS" for the transformer wire, and "REAR" for the rear door push button wire (if applicable). The chime also has a hang pin that can be used to mount it on a wall. The chime cover can be attached to the base using a hang pin, snap-on, or hang bracket. The chime does not require any special cleaners or polishes, and can be cleaned with a dry cloth.
