Slicer-Operating Instructions
Before using the slicer for the first time please make sure to read carefully and
thoroughly through these operating instructions and the safety advice and
familiarize yourself completely with the functions of the device You will find It
useful to open out the page showing the figures illustrating the slicer and its
operation. Be careful to keep these notes and it necessary pass them on to a
third party.
Proper Use
This device is intended exclusively for slicing normal household foods. The
food to be sliced must be thawed, unpacked and free from bones before it can
be sliced in the device.
Any other use or modification to the equipment shall be considered as
improper use and could give rise to considerable dangers.
Important safety rules
1. The slicer must be connected to a 120V AC electricity supply only.
2. Read all instructions.
3. Portable – To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the slicer in
water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near
children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts,
and before cleaning，To disconnect the device from the electricity supply,
never pull the plug out using the mains lead, always pull directly on the
plug.
6. Avoid contacting moving parts.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair
or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
8. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer
may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
9. Do not use outdoors
10. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
11. Never feed food by hand. Always use completely assembled slicer with
food platform and food grip.
12. Blade is sharp. Handle carefully when cleaning.
13. Do not use the slicer if your hands are wet or if you are standing on a wet
floor. Do not use the slicer if it is wet or moist.
14. The slicer is designed exclusively for domestic use and not for commercial
purposes.
15. Set up and store the slicer out of reach of children.
16. Do not leave the slicer unattended if it can be switched on and operated.
17. Always ensure that the slicer is safely set up or installed before you start to
use it
18. The slicer should always be used with the sliding feed table and piece
holder in position, unless this is not possible due to the size or shape of the
food. Do not use the slicer to slice through bones or deep-frozen food.
19. Do not use the slicer if it is damaged in any way. Have the slicer
immediately repaired at an authorized service center or other suitably
qualified repairer.
20. No claims under the guarantee or liability for damages will be accepted if
they result from improper or incorrect use of the slicer.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
GROUNDING INSTRUCTION
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding
provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric
shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding
conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes
and ordinances.
DANGER – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor
can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or
serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do
not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have a
proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that
looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A in following figure. Make sure that the
product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No
adapter should be used with this product nor should a means for grounding be
added to the product

Assembly protection board instruction
Before using the machine, please attach transparent protection board to sliding
food carriage by M5 screw and Washer per above figure.

Before first use
Take the slicer carefully out of its packaging. Remove all the packaging
material and keep it together with the packaging. Clean the slicer before it
comes into contact with any food (refer to the section headed ’Cleaning’)
Operating Instruction
1. Keep your working area clean and well It. Cluttered counter top and dark
areas Invite accidents. Indoors use only.
2. The grounded tooled must be plugged into outlet properly Installed and
grounded In accordance with all code and ordinances.
3. Setting the required slice thickness using the thickness adjusting knob.
Adjust the fixed knob of food support plate to relating position. The settings on
the scale do not correspond with the slice thickness in mm. For safety reasons
the blade is covered in setting’’0’'.
4. Place the food to be sliced on to the food plate, press the food to be sliced
with the food pusher lightly against the food support plate.
5. Switch the device on and, after 5-10 seconds, lightly pressing the food to
be sliced forward, guide It along the cutting blade.
6. Particularly pay attention not to force the food to move by against it on the
blade, let the slicer to work for you.
7. After using the slicer, setting the food support plate into the ‘’0’’ setting so
that the sharp blade is covered,
8. Before starting to clean the slicer. switch it off and unplug.
9. When the blade become blunt, to start the sharpening system.
Be plugged in outlet properly, turn on the device, and the blade start to rotate.
Press the Sharpening key toward as the arrow direction, so the sharpening
wheel will contact the edge of the blade. After 1.2 min sharpening, pulling the
Trimmer Key on proper position, it take about 10 second to effectively remove
all the blur occurred during blade sharpening.
Specific safety advice
1. Use the slicer only for slicing normal household foods and not other
purposes. Do not use the slicer for slicing deep-frozen foods, bones, foods
with large kernels or for slicing packaged foods.
2. Never touch the blade when the slicer is operating! Danger of injury!
3. Never adjust the slice thickness when the slicer is turning on.
4. Never leave the slicer unattended when it plugged into outlet. Turn off and
unplug from outlet before leaving.
5. Turn off the power immediately when the slicer is blocked by food or any
improper noise during the operating, Must be check it carefully, make sure
everything correct before re-use the slicer.
6. Never use the slicer for more than 30 minutes continuously.
7. The blade is very sharp, be very careful when clean the slicer,
8. Be sure the blade and blade cover are properly Installed before use the
slicer.
9. For reasons of safety the slice thickness must be returned to the ‘’0’’ setting
after use.
10. Always switch off the power, unplug the slicer from the outlet before
performing, inspection, cleaning and re-placing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Before performing any clean, inspection and maintenance procedures,
turn off power, unplug the outlet and set the food support plate on ‘’0’’
setting. Operating must consider all potential danger.
2. Don't Immerse the slicer in water.
3. Wipe the house and food feeding area using clean rag damped in warm
water with mild detergent. The removed blade and blade cover can be
cleaned in dishwasher. let the parts fully dry before use it.
4. Check the power core regularly. Don't abuse it. Never use the power core to
carry the tools or pull the plug from outlet. Replace the damage power core
immediately.
5. Clean the blade protecting cover regular using damp cloth with mild
detergent. Be careful about this procedure In avoid of danger of injury.
6. Remove the screw cap' in the center of blade cover’, then turn counter-
clockwise to release the center screw. After removing the blade cover, to
remove three screws around center part, the blade can be taken off easily.
