SD-9241/9252 CHANGE PLASTIC DOOR LATCH

1. Unplug the power cord of the dishwasher. Open the dishwasher door and remove the 6

screws on the top.

2. Remove the 2 screws that hold the latch.

3. Remove the front control panel.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL, AS THE EDGES OF THE STAINLESS STEEL DOOR

PANEL ARE SHARP.

4. Before replacing the latch, you may check the connection of the metal pins. Make sure

it’s secure.

5. Remove the micro switch.

6. Replace the original latch with the new latch. Reposition the 2 screws that are removed

at Step 2.

7. Reposition the micro switch. Also make sure the connection of the metal pins is still

secure.

8. Reposition the front control panel and the 6 screws that are removed at Step 1.
