this manual carefully before operating your product and pay close attention to the
precautions which are mentioned below. Store this user manual in a safe place for

Function description
Charge description
a. Please fully charge the battery before using the device for the first time.
b. Connect one end of the USB cable to the unit (5V.input) and the other end to PC in order to
commence charging. The Red LED will turn on indicating that the unit is now charging.
Caution
This unit has a built-in lithium battery in the speaker. Do not disassemble or replace the battery. Do
not put the speaker in high temperature environment or throw it into fire.
Modes
The SY-X55BT has 3 different modes (Bluetooth, FM Radio, Line In). To change from one mode to
another, simply long press the “ǁ” button:
Mode 1: Bluetooth mode (when you on the unit, the mode is set to BT mode).
Mode 2: Radio mode
Mode 3: Line In function
For USB, Micro SD, the unit automatically detects the source and will start to play the music once a
USB pen drive or a TF card is inserted.
Bluetooth connection & hands free for calling
a. Turn on the unit by sliding the On/Off button to on. The LED light will come on and a sound will
be heard indicating that the unit is now in Bluetooth mode.
b. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device to search for the speaker. Search for the device name
and then click on it to pair it and establish a connection. The device should show SY-X55BT.
Connect your device to the speaker by clicking on SY-X55BT. When a sound is heard, this
means that the connection has been established.
c. In the case you are asked to enter a code to complete the paring process, enter “0000”.
d. Press the ǁ button once to play/pause the music. Press the- I◀◀ button to go to the previous
track and press ▶▶I+ to go to the next track. Long press ▶▶I+ or -I◀◀ for adjusting the volume.
e. If there is an incoming phone call, the music will automatically pause. Short press the
button to receive the call and the hands free function will commence automatically. Short press
the button to stop the calling function. If music was playing before the phone call, the
device will automatically return to music playing mode after the call function has ended.
f. Make sure you keep a distance of 5–10cm while talking from the microphone.
Note: The Speaker will automatically reconnect to your last device paired. If you wish to select
a new device, you will need first to unpair the actual device and pair once again to the new
device.
FM Radio
a. To Enter into Radio mode, long press the ǁ button while in Bluetooth mode. The unit will
switch to FM mode.
b. Short presses the ǁ button to start the Auto scan function. The unit will start to search all
available radio channels and will store them in the order found.
c. Once the scan process has finalized, press the ▶▶I+ or -I◀◀ to select any of the stored radio
channels.
Note: The radio channels cannot be stored manually and therefore the storage position
cannot be changed.
Audio connection (Aux)
a. To enter into Line in mode, long press the ǁ button while in Radio mode. The unit will switch
to Line in mode.
b. Connect the supplied audio cable to the AUX port of the speaker and the other end into the
audio-out port of your external music device.
c. Press the ǁ button once to play & pause. Press ▶▶I+ or -I◀◀ to adjust the volume level
accordingly.
TF card player
a. Power on the speaker and insert a TF card inside the TF card slot to play your music.
b. The unit will automatically start to playback the first MP3 file.
c. Press the ǁ button once to play or pause the music. Press ▶▶I+ button once to skip to the
next track. Press the -I◀◀ button to skip to the previous track. Long press ▶▶I+ to increase the
volume and n and -I◀◀ to decrease it.
USB mode
a. Power on the speaker and insert the USB flash disk into the USB port.
b. The unit will automatically start to playback the first MP3 file.
c. Press the ǁ button once to play or pause the music. Press ▶▶I+ button once to skip to the
next track. Press the -I◀◀ button to skip to the previous track. Long press ▶▶I+ to increase the
volume and n and -I◀◀ to decrease it.
LED ON/OFF
a. Change the LED light show by pressing the button.
b. There are 4 different modes which can be selected.
