Assoonasyouturnonthemachine,youwillautomaticallyentertheMANUAL
Mode,thewordMAN'Lwillbeshownonandtheunitdefaultstoastartingtensionof
LEVEL5.IfyouwanttostartintheMAN'Lmode,simplybeginusingtheunit.If
youstopyourworkout,STEPwillappearinthedisplaytoremindyoutocontinue
yourworkout,andthenthedisplaywillautomaticallyreturntoMAN'L.
PLEASENOTE:Thereare14levels,withLevel1beingtheeasiestworkout(the
stepswithlittletension),andLEVEL14beingthehardestworkout.
UsetheLEVELkeystochoosethedesiredlevel.
1.When"MAN'L"appearsinthedisplaywindow,thedisplaywillpromptyouto
"STEPTOSTART".
2.PresstheLEVELbuttontochooseyourdesiredworkoutresistance.
3.Ifyoustopinthemiddleofyourworkout,youwillbepromptedtoSTEPTOSTART,
thenthedisplaywillautomaticallyreturntoMAN'L.Allinputdata(TIME,STEPS,
CAL.,etc)willberetained.
4.YoucanusetheMODEbuttontoswitchbetweenTIMEandSTEPS.Usethe
MODEbuttonstosetthedesiredTIMEorSTEPS.
5.CALORIES,HEARTRATE,STEPS/SPM,LEVEL,STRIDEwillshowupinthe
displaywindow.PressMODEbuttonandyoucanswitchbetweenTIMEand
STEPS.
6.Duringworkout,theTIMEorSTEPSinthedisplaywindowwillbecountingdown.
WhenyourdesiredTIMEorSTEPSisreached,abeepwillsoundfor1.5seconds,
afterwhichthedisplayTIMEandSTEPSwillbegintocountup.
1.WhileyouareintheMAN'Lmode,pressandholdtheMODEkeyfor3seconds
andSETwillappearinthedisplay.Youmaynowinputyourpersonaldata.Ifyou
