Winston Products LP56-BF is a very low-pressure/temperature fryer with a built-in shortening filter. It utilizes processor controls and gravity filtration, allowing up to 120 lbs. of chicken (or equivalent) to be cooked without manual filtration or emptying collector. The clamshell basket maintains separation of the product during cooking, ensuring even cooking. This fryer is constructed of 16-20 gauge stainless steel and has a full, 1-1/2” insulation around the cooking vessel.
