The hood has a heat sentry feature that automatically turns the unit on when heat is sensed and adjusts the blower speed. Wolf W302718R is a 30" Pro Wall Hood with a classic stainless steel finish. It comes with a decorative rail and stand-offs, and optional platinum or brass rails to match dual fuel range bezels are available as a sales accessory. The hood has a heat sentry feature that automatically turns the unit on when heat is sensed and adjusts the blower speed. It also has halogen lighting with two settings and heat lamps (bulbs not included). The removable, easy-to-clean restaurant-grade stainless steel baffle filters make cleaning a breeze.
