NOTE: When reinstalling the brake, the screws
must be torqued to 27 lb-ft (37Nm) using a torque

within the brake before torquing. If additional help
is needed with re-aligning the brake, please see doc

HIITMill and HIITMill X RPM Sensor Installation:
1. Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the sensor
cover from the RPM Sensor. Then plug the RPM-
to-Power Sensor Cable into the RPM Sensor and
seat the cable grommet inside the cutout. Finally,
reinstall the RPM Sensor cover..
Note: The RPM-to Power Sensor Cable should already
be installed if the Power Sensor was installed rst.
2. Use a phillips screwdriver to secure the RPM Sen-
sor to the frame using two (2) M5 x 10mm screws.
NOTE: Some early frames did not have a 2nd hole
to mount the RPM Sensor, if this is the case, use the

and a power drill to secure this screw and the RPM
Sensor into the frame. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN.
