Tips when Mixing
- Frequently stop mixing, switch the power off, and scrape the inside of the Mixing
Bowl with a plastic or wooden spatula (not provided).
- When whisking eggs, it is best to use eggs that are at room temperature.
- Before whisking egg whites, make sure that both the Mixing Bowl and the Whisk
Attachment are clean, and free of grease and/or egg yolk.
- When making pastry, it is best to use cold ingredients, unless advised otherwise.
Making Bread
- Never exceed the maximum capacity of this Stand Mixer (2kg).
- If the Stand Mixer appears to be having problems mixing the dough, remove half of
the mixture and mix separately.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl first.
