Use these basic instructions to quickly set up your unit. Read the important infor-

mation on page 4 about the safe usage of this product. Use the “Detailed Set Up

Instructions” on page 6 for additional set up and operational information.

NOTES ON POSITION

The Ozark releases very warm steam (120° F), so con-

sider these points for location:

• Keep out of reach of children. Do not place the

unit where the steam could scald a small child, or

the unit could be knocked over onto a child, pet or

person who is not able to movie out of the way.

• STEAM CAN CAUSE BURNS. To avoid steam burns,

always test the temperature of the steam before

placing your face or delicate skin close to the steam

release vent.

• Since steam is continually released during operation,

we do not recommend extended use in a closed

room, as condensation can develop on walls and

other surfaces. Use appropriate care to prevent wa-

ter damage to the surface where the unit is sitting

READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

1. To reduce the risk of ﬁre or shock hazard, this humidiﬁer has a polarized plug

(one blade is wider than the other). Before using, inspect the power cord to ver-

ify it is not damaged. If the cord is damaged, do not use the unit. Plug humidiﬁer

directly into a 120V, A.C. electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords. If the plug

does not fully ﬁt into the outlet, reverse plug. If it still does not ﬁt, contact a quali-

ﬁed electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

2. Keep the electric cord out of trac areas. To reduce the risk of ﬁre hazard, never

put the electric cord under rugs, near heat registers, radiators, stoves, or heaters.

3. Do not attempt to repair or modify the electrical or mechanical functions of this

appliance, as doing so may void your warranty.

4. This appliance emits steam which can cause burns. Do not place the unit closer

than four feet from bedside, or within 6 inches of wall. Do not allow the unit to be

used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.

5. Keep the humidiﬁer clean. To reduce the risk of injury, ﬁre or damage to humidiﬁ-

er, use only cleaning ﬂuids speciﬁcally recommended for humidiﬁers. Never use

ﬂammable, combustible, or poisonous materials to clean your humidiﬁer.

6. Do not place metals, chemicals, or detergents into the water tank. Do not put

foreign objects inside the humidiﬁer.

7. This unit has a heating element located in the base. Always test for heat before

handling the base.

8. To reduce the risk of accidental electrical shock, do not touch the cord or con-

trols with wet hands.

9. To reduce the risk of ﬁre, do not use near an open ﬂame such as a candle or

other ﬂame source.

10. Only add clean, cool water to water tank. Do not add medication or aroma/es-

sential oils to water tank. Only add oils into the medicine cup. Do not add water

directly to the water basin (bottom section). Do not allow water to pour or splash

onto base to avoid damage to internal parts. Do not operate unit in a room with

temperatures below freezing.

11. Do not operate the unit with an empty water tank.

12. If the unit emits an abnormal sound or odor, shut it down and unplug it immediately.

WARNINGS:

For your own safety, do not use the humidiﬁer if any parts are damaged or

missing.

To reduce risk of ﬁre, electric shock, or injury always unplug before servicing or

cleaning. Do not tilt, jolt, tip, or carry humidiﬁer while unit is running.

To reduce the risk of ﬁre or shock hazard, do not pour or spill water into

control or motor area. If controls get wet, let them dry completely and have unit

checked by authorized service personnel before plugging in.

GENERAL INFORMATION

How Steam Humidiers Work

Steam humidifiers are a type of humidifier that

quickly heats water to produce steam. Most com-

monly used to aid people suffering from nasal

congestion due to allergies or colds, these units

can offer rapid relief by infusing the steam with

medicine or essential oils.

An electric heating element in the base rapidly

boils water, creating steam which goes through

a chamber to cool slightly before being released

out the top where the medicinal or aromatic oils

in the medicine cup are infused into the steam.

CAUTIONS Regarding Additives to Water

Only use cool, clean water to ﬁll the tank on

your vaporizer.

• Softened water is not preferred, but is

acceptable for use in the Ozark. To bring

water to boil faster, add a pinch of salt to

the water tank.

• Never add medicine or essential oils directly

to the water tank. It will damage the plastic

and cause leaks. Oils should only be added

to the oil/medicine cup.

• Never add bacteriostat intended for evapo-

rative humidiﬁers.

Best Usage

Because steam humidifiers are typically small

in size and generate steam, they should not be

used to provide general humidification for areas

larger than a bedroom.

Use evaporative humidifiers to raise humidity

levels in larger living areas and whole homes.

DETAILED SET UP

Unpack the humidiﬁer

1. Open box and remove the packing material.

2. Remove any packaged literature on top.

3. Remove the unit from the carton. Unwrap the

power cord and extend it. This will prevent

the cord from overheating during extended

usage of the humidiﬁer.

4. The Ozark is fully assembled.

NOTE: Vaporizer humidiﬁers release steam that

can cause condensation on surfaces. Please take

precautions to protect any surface where water

damage could occur.

Locate Place for Your Humidifier

WARNING: STEAM CAN CAUSE BURNS.

CAUTION: Since hot steam (120° F) is released from

the unit, do not place unit where it can be knocked

over or pulled down onto a child or person who

cannot move out of the way.

Select the location for the Ozark with care, espe-

cially if the unit will be used around children. See

additional tips in the margin.

1. The unit should be placed on a level surface

that is not susceptible to water damage.

Although vaporizers are typically used for

personal relief of nasal congestion, the Ozark

should be placed at least four feet away from

a bedside.

2. Ensure the power cord is not routed over heat

sources such as ﬂoor registers, and does not

pose a trip hazard especially where children

may be walking or crawling in the area.

Fill Reservoir

NOTE: Follow Cautions on page 5 regarding addi-

tives to water.

The OZARK has been designed to allow for either

sink-ﬁll or pour-in ﬁlling. The total tank capacity is

1.07 gallons.

1. For sink fill, lift off the lid and grasp the plastic

inner handle to take the tank to the sink

2. For pour-in method, simply remove the lid, and

use a pitcher to pour water into the tank.

Tips for Positioning

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Place on a level surface.

• Avoid aiming steam directly

at young children, pets or

persons not able to move.

• At least six inches way from

wall, ceiling or wooden sur-

faces that could be damaged

by water condensation.

• Not next to a thermostat or

hot air vent.

• Not by a window (to avoid

condensation).

• Do not aim mist toward

electronics.

3. Place the tank onto the base, carefully

aligning the tank edges to the base. The

bottle should fit against the base closely,

without large gaps.

Add Medicine or Essential Oils

ARNING: Do not pour liquid oil into the water tank

or into the large vent. It will cause harm to the unit.

1. The Ozark has a small cup at the front of the

vent area for adding medicinal liquids, gels

or essential oils. This allows the steam to

carry the scent into the air. Do not overfill.

2. See page 10 for available AIRCARE Essen-

tial Oils.

OPERATION

Turn On and Set Controls

1. To turn the unit on, place the large knob to

the low “I,” or high “II” position, as desired.

The bezel will illuminate green.

2. The heating element will be energized

and, after a few minutes, steam will start

coming out of the top vent. The scent of

the essential oil or medicine will disperse

with the steam.

NOTE: If steam does not form after 15 minutes of

operation, add a pinch or two of salt to increase

the mineral content. See Trouble Shooting sec-

tion for more information.

3. When the unit is low on water, the green

bevel around the knob will turn red, and the

heating element will automatically turn o.

CAUTION: When reﬁlling, allow the unit to cool for

a full 15 minutes before turning the unit on again.

Always test for heat before moving the base.

4. Turn the knob to the “0” (o) position and

lift the tank o to reﬁll. Do not lift the hu-

midiﬁer by the base. It will be hot.

5. Take the tank to the sink or use a pitcher

to reﬁll the tank with cool, clean water.

CAUTIONS:

Do not turn the unit on when tank is empty.

Do not ﬁll with warm or hot water. Use cool

water only.

MAINTENANCE

General

Regular cleaning of the Ozark is required In order to

keep the unit in good operating condition. Keeping

the unit clean will help eliminate odors and bacterial

growth.

Do not leave water in the water tank or base when

the unit is not used for a day or more. Mineral depos-

its and bacterial growth can accumulate very quickly.

CAUTIONS:

• Turn o and unplug the unit before performing any

cleaning or maintenance.

• Always allow unit to cool for 15 minutes before han-

dling the base or when reﬁlling the tank before turning

the unit on again.

• Do not immerse the base of this unit in water

NOTE: Never use harsh cleaners or chemicals on this

humidiﬁer. Using detergent on this unit may hinder its

ability to create steam. Do not use scouring agents on

the outer body or water tank, as this will scratch and mar

the surface.

Regular Cleaning (perform - when reﬁlling the tank)

1. Turn the unit o (to the “0” position) and unplug it

from the outlet. Wait 15 minutes for base to cool.

2. Lift o the water tank and empty any remaining

water from the tank and base.

NOTE: Each time you refill the tank, check

the base for any mineral build-up or bacteri-

al growth. If any growth is noted, perform the

weekly maintenance to ensure your steam hu-

midifier maintains a healthy environment.

3. Rinse the water tank well with lukewarm water.

4. Wipe all accessible surfaces with a clean, soft cloth

and reassemble

5. Reﬁll and replace the tank.

Weekly Maintenance

1. Prepare a solution of 1 part white vinegar and 4

parts water for cleaning the humidifier.

2. Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.

3. Fill the tank about half full of cleaning solution.

Replace the lid and swish solution vigorously

around in the tank. Let the solution sit for 20 to 30

minutes.

4. Rinse the water tank very thoroughly with clean,

warm water. Do not leave any cleaning residue in

the tank. Wipe surfaces dry with soft clot

5. With the water tank set aside, take note of the

small plastic piece locking the cooling inner and

outer chambers into the unit.

6. Push the small plastic lever on the interlock to

the other side and release the inner chamber.

7. Lift o the outer and inner chambers and let

them and the interlock soak in the water and

white vinegar solution for 20 minutes. Rinse

them well in clean water.

8. Fill the heating chamber (the cavity with the

heating element) with undiluted white vinegar

and let it soak for 20 minutes.

9. Use a cloth dampened with vinegar to wipe the

entire base.

10. Pour out the solution, then rinse the base with

fresh water and wipe out thoroughly. Wipe com-

ponents dry.

11. Reinstall the inner chamber. Secure in place

with the interlock by moving the plastic lever

to locked position. Replace the outer chamber

compartment.

12. Put a little vinegar/water solution on soft, clean

cloth and wipe down the outer surface of the

unit.

13. Dry the outside surface body with a soft, absor-

bent cloth and reassemble.

Disinfecting unit (Accomplish monthly or more

often, if needed).

1. Fill the water tank with clean, cool water and add

one teaspoon of household bleach. Let stand

for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly until no bleach

smell remains.

2. Dampen a cloth with the bleach and water

solution and carefully wipe out the base of the

humidiﬁer.

3. Using a soft cloth, dry all parts of the humidiﬁer

and reassemble.

Storage

1. Clean the unit as outlined above. Dry the unit

thoroughly.

2. Store the humidiﬁer in the original package, if

available. Keep this manual with the unit.

3. Do not store it in an attic or other high-tempera-

ture area, as damage will occur.

PROBLEM SOLUTION

Unit does not have power. • Check that unit is plugged in and outlet has

power.

• Check that unit is turned on.

Humidiﬁer is not putting out

enough steam.

• Insucient water in tank. Reﬁll tank.

• Ensure unit is on level surface, not inclined.

• Mineral deposits have built up on the heating el-

ement or on the inner chamber. Perform weekly

cleaning.

• Water tank was washed with detergent

• Add a pinch of table salt to increase mineral

content and speed up steam production. If still

no steam after 10 more minutes, add another

pinch or two of salt. Do not exceed a teaspoon

of salt.

Bezel on knob is red. • The water tank is nearly empty or empty.

Unit will have to be turned to the Reset “0” posi-

tion, reﬁlled and allowed to cool for 15 minutes,

minimum.

Condensation forms around humid-

iﬁer or windows.

• Mist setting is too high. Reduce to lower setting.

• Open door to room so steam will not build up

condensation on surfaces

Water is leaking from unit. • The water tank is not situated correctly on the

base.

• The tank is cracked or has developed a leak.

Replace the tank.

• The unit has been moved or jostled, allowing

water to spill.

Strange smell is coming from unit. • First time use, this is normal and will dissipate

shortly.

• The humidiﬁer may be growing bacteria. Clean

unit according to maintenance instructions on

page 9.

SALES RECEIPT REQUIRED AS PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of this humidiﬁer when the

unit is installed and used under normal conditions against defects in workmanship and

materials as follows:

• One (1) year from date of sale on the unit, and

• Thirty (30) days on demineralization cartridges and accessories, which are considered

disposable components and should be replaced periodically.

The manufacturer will replace the defective part/product, at its discretion, with return

freight paid by the manufacturer. It is agreed that such replacement is the exclusive

remedy available from the manufacturer and that TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT

PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OF

ANY KIND, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS OF

PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the

above limitations may not apply to you.

Exclusions from this warranty

We are not responsible for replacement of cartridges or pads.

We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from any

malfunction, accident, misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, abuse, including failure

to perform reasonable maintenance, normal wear and tear, nor where the connected

voltage is more than 5% above the nameplate voltage.

Alterations include the substitution of name brand components including, but not

limited to demineralization cartridges.

We are not responsible for any damage from the use of water softeners or treatments,

chemicals or descaling materials.

We are not responsible for the cost of service calls to diagnose the cause of trouble, or

labor charge to repair and/or replace parts.

No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties or

conditions on behalf of the manufacturer. The customer shall be responsible for all

labor costs incurred.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential

damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

LIRE ET CONSERVER CES INSTRUCTIONS

1. Aﬁn de réduire les risques d’incendie ou de secousse électrique, cet humidiﬁcateur

dispose d’une ﬁche polarisée (une lame est plus large que l’autre). Si le cordon est

endommagé, n’utilisez pas l’appareil. Branchez l’humidiﬁcateur directement dans une

prise C.A. de 120V. N’utilisez pas de rallonge électrique. Si la ﬁche ne rentre pas com-

plètement dans la prise électrique, tournez-la dans l’autre sens. Si malgré cela, elle

ne rentre toujours pas, contactez un électricien qualiﬁé pour installation d’une prise

adaptée. Surtout, ne changez pas la ﬁche vous-même.

2. Gardez le cordon d’alimentation électrique à l’écart de toute zone de passage. Pour

réduire les risques d’incendie, ne placez jamais le cordon d’alimentation sous un

tapis, près des bouches de chauage, des radiateurs, des poêles ou des appareils de

chauage.

3. N’essayez pas de réparer ou de modiﬁer les fonctions électriques ou mécaniques de

cet appareil, car cela pourrait annuler votre garantie.

4. Cet appareil émet de la vapeur qui peut entraîner des brûlures. Ne placez pas l’ap-

pareil à moins de quatre pieds du chevet du patient ou à moins de 6 pouces du mur.

N’utilisez pas l’appareil comme un jouet. Une attention particulière est nécessaire

lorsqu’il est utilisé par des enfants ou à proximité d’enfants.

5. L’humidiﬁcateur doit rester propre. Pour réduire les risques de blessures, d’incendie

ou de dégât de l’appareil, n’utilisez que des produits nettoyants recommandés pour

humidiﬁcateurs. N’utilisez jamais de produits inﬂammables, combustibles ou toxiques

pour nettoyer votre humidiﬁcateur.

6. Ne mettez pas de métaux, produits chimiques ou détergents dans le réservoir. Ne

mettez pas de corps étrangers à l’intérieur de l’appareil.

7. Cet appareil est équipé d’un élément chauant situé à la base. Testez toujours la

chaleur avant de manipuler la base.

8. Pour réduire le risque de choc électrique accidentel, ne touchez pas le cordon ni les com-

mandes avec les mains mouillées.

9. Aﬁn de réduire les risques d’incendie, ne pas utiliser l’appareil à proximité d’une

ﬂamme ouverte, telle qu’une bougie.

10. N'ajouter que de l'eau froide et propre dans la cuve. Ne pas ajouter de médicaments

ou d'huile essentielle/aromatique dans la cuve à eau. N'ajouter les huiles que dans le

tasse de médecine. Ne pas ajout er directement l'eau dans le base (partie inférieure).

Ne pas laisser l'eau s'écouler ou éclabousser la base aﬁn d'éviter les dégâts au

niveau des pièces internes. Ne pas utilisez l’appareil dans une pièce à température

en-dessous du point de congélation.

11. Ne pas utilisez l’appareil lorsque le réservoir est vide.

12. Si l’appareil émet un son ou une odeur inhabituelle, éteignez-le puis débranchez-le

immédiatement.

Comment fonctionnent les humidifica-

teurs à vapeur

Les humidificateurs à vapeur sont un type d’hu-

midificateur qui chauffe rapidement l’eau pour

produire de la vapeur. Principalement utilisés

pour aider les personnes souffrant de congestion

nasale due à des allergies ou à un rhume, ces

appareils peuvent offrir un soulagement rapide

en infusant la vapeur d’eau avec des médica-

ments ou des huiles essentielles.

Un élément chauffant électrique dans la base fait

rapidement bouillir de l’eau, créant de la vapeur

qui refroidit légèrement dans une chambre avant

de sortir par le haut où les huiles médicinales ou

aromatiques placées dans le gobelet à médica-

ment sont infusées dans la vapeur.

MISES EN GARDE concernant les additifs

dans l’eau

Utilsez uniquement de l’eau fraîche et propre pour

remplir le réservoir de votre vaporisateur.

• L’eau adoucie n’est pas préférable, mais son

utilisation est acceptable dans l’Ozark. Pour

amener l’eau à bouillir plus rapidement, ajou-

tez une pincée de sel dans le réservoir d’ea

• N’ajoutez jamais de médicament ou d’huiles

essentielles directement dans le réservoir

d’eau. Cela endommagera le plastique et

provoquera des fuites, Les huiles ne doivent

être ajoutées que dans le gobelet à huile /

médicament.

• N’ajoutez jamais de bactériostatique destiné

aux humidiﬁcateurs à évaporations.

Déballer l’humidiﬁcateur

1. Ouvrez le carton et enlevez tout emballage.

2. Enlevez tout documentation sur le dessus.

3. Retirez l’appareil du carton.

Déballez le cordon d’alimentation et allongez-le.

Cela empêchera le cordon de surchauer lors

d’une utilisation prolongée de l’humidiﬁcateur.

4. Le OZARK est pré-assemblé.

REMARQUE: Les humidiﬁcateurs à vapeur libèrent

une ﬁne brume pouvant causer de la condensation

sur les surfaces. Faites attention à ne pas endom-

mager la surface où l’appareil est placé.

Localisez la place pour votre humidificateur

ATTENTION: LA VAPEUR PEUT CAUSER DES

MISE EN GARDE: Puisque de la vapeur chaude

à (120 ° F) est libérée de l’appareil, ne placez pas

l’appareil à un endroit où il pourrait être renversé ou

tombé sur un enfant ou une personne qui ne peut

pas se déplacer hors du chemin.

Sélectionnez l’emplacement de l’Ozark avec soin,

surtout si l’appareil sera utilisé autour des enfants.

1. L’unité doit être placée sur une surface plane qui

n’est pas susceptible de donner un dégât d’eau.

Bien que les vaporisateurs servent générale-

ment à soulager la congestion nasale, l’Ozark

doit être placé à au moins quatre pieds du lit.

2. Assurez-vous que le cordon d’alimentation ne

passe pas par-dessus des sources de chaleur,

telle une plinthe chauante, et ne présente

aucun risque de trébuchement, en particulier

lorsque les enfants peuvent marcher ou ramper

dans les environs.

Remplir Réservoir

REMARQUE : suivez les mises en garde de la page

17 concernant les additifs à l’eau.

Le Ozark a été conçu pour permettre un remplis-

sage en évier ou par versement. La capacité totale

du réservoir est de 4,05 litres (1,07 gallons).

1. Pour remplir à l’évier, souleveez le couvercle et

saisissez la poignée intérieure en plastique pour

placer le réservoir dans l’évier.

2. Pour la méthode par versement, retirez sim-

plement le couvercle et utilisez un pichet ou

un autre récipient pour verser de l’eau dans le

réservoir.

3. Lorsque vous placez le réservoir sur la base,

alignez soigneusement les bords du réservoir avec

la base. La bouteille doit être parfaitement ajustée

à la base, sans grands interstices.

Ajouter des médicaments ou des huiles essentielles

ATTENTION : Ne pas verser d’huile liquide dans le

réservoir d’eau ou dans le grand conduit. Cela causera

des dommages à l’appareil.

1. L’Ozark a une petite tasse à l’avant de la zone de

ventilation pour ajouter des liquides médicinaux,

des gels ou des huiles essentielles. Cela permet

à la vapeur de transporter le parfum dans l’air. Ne

remplissez pas trop.

2. Visitez AIRCAREPRODUCTS.COM pour les huiles

essentielles disponibles.

OPÉRATION

Mettez sous tension puis eectuez les réglages.

1. Pour allumer l’appareil, placez le gros bouton à la

position basse « I » ou « II » haute, selon vos beso-

ins. La façade s’illuminera en vert.

2. L’élément chauant sera mis sous tension et, après

quelques minutes, de la vapeur commencera à

sortir du conduit supérieur. Le parfum de l’huile

essentielle ou du médicament se dissipera avec la

vapeur..

REMARQUE : Si la vapeur ne se forme pas après 15

minutes de fonctionnement, ajoutez une pincée ou

deux de sel pour augmenter le contenu en minéraux.

3. Lorsque le niveau d’eau est bas, le façade en vert

autour du bouton devient rouge et l’élément chauf-

fant s’éteint automatiquement.

ATTENTION: LORS DU REMPLISSAGE, LAISSEZ L’AP

PAREIL REFROIDIR PENDANT 15 MINUTES AVANT DE

LE RECOMMENCER. TOUJOURS TESTER LA CHALEUR

AVANT DE DÉPLACER LA BASE.

4. Tournez le bouton sur la position « 0 » (arrêt) et

soulevez le réservoir pour le remplir. Ne soulevez

pas l’humidiﬁcateur par la base. Cela sera chaud.

5. Prenez le réservoir à l’évier ou utilisez un pichet

pour remplir le réservoir avec de l’eau fraîche et

propre.

AVERTISSEMENTS :

Ne mettez pas l’appareil en marche lorsque le réservoir

est vide.

Ne remplissez pas d’eau tiède ou chaude. N’utilisez que

de l’eau froide seulement.

Général

Nettoyer régulièrement votre humidiﬁcateur aide à

éliminer les odeurs et la croissance bactérienne et à

maintenir les performances en réduisant l’accumula-

tion de minéraux sur le nébuliseur.

Ne laissez pas d’eau dans le réservoir d’eau ou la

base lorsque l’appareil n’est pas utilisé pendant plus

d’une journée. Les dépôts minéraux et la croissance

bactérienne s’accumulent très rapidement.

AVERTISSEMENTS :

• Éteignez et débranchez l’appareil avant d’ef-

fectuer tout nettoyage ou tout entretien.

• Laissez toujours l’appareil refroidir pendant 15

minutes avant de manipuler la base ou avant de

remplir le réservoir avant de rallumer l’appareil.

• Ne plongez jamais la base de cet appareil dans l’eau.

REMARQUE : N’utilisez jamais de nettoyants puis sants

ou de produits chimiques sur cet humidiﬁcateur. N’uti-

lisez pas d’agents de récurage sur le corps extérieur ni

dans le réservoir d’eau car ils pourraient rayer la surface.

Nettoyage régulier (à accomplir lors du remplissage

du réservoir)

1. Éteignez l’appareil (la position “0”) et débranchez-le de

la prise. Attendez 15 minutes que la base refroidisse.

2. Soulevez le réservoir d’eau et videz toute l’eau

restante du réservoir et de la base.

REMARQUE : Chaque fois que vous remplissez le

réservoir, vérifiez la base pour détecter toute accumu-

lation de minéraux ou toute croissance de bactérie. Si

vous remarquez une croissance, effectuez l’entretien

hebdomadaire pour vous assurer que votre humidifi-

cateur à vapeur maintient un environnement sain.

3. Rincez bien le réservoir d’eau avec de l’eau tiède.

4. Essuyez toutes les surfaces accessibles avec un chif-

fon doux et propre et assemblez-les de nouveau.

5. Rempliss

ez et remplacez le réservoir.

Entretien hebdomadaire

1. Préparez une solution contenant 1 partie de vinaigre

blanc et 4 parties d’eau pour nettoyer l’humidiﬁcateur.

2. Videz toute l’eau restante du réservoir et de la base.

3. Retirez le réservoir de la base et remplissez-le à

moitié de la solution de nettoyage. Replacez le

couvercle et brassez la solution vigoureusement

dans le réservoir. Laissez la solution reposer pen-

dant 20 à 30 minutes.

4. Rincez le réservoir d’eau très soigneusement avec

de l’eau tiède propre. Ne laissez aucun résidu de

nettoyage dans le réservoir. Essuyez les surfaces

avec un chion doux.
