1X Buffer Composition
89 mM Tris, 89 mM boric acid, 2 mM EDTA.
Applications
Nucleic acid agarose and polyacrylamide gel
electrophoresis;
Agarose and polyacrylamide gel preparation.
Note
Buffer concentrate should be diluted to a working
concentration of 1X before use.
For each electrophoresis fresh 1X buffer should be used.
