• Itisprohibitedtoinstallthecollectorupsidedown.
• Thecollectorshallbeinstalledtowardthesouthasmuchaspossible.
• Thedistanceofthesinglepipelinebetweenthestoragewatertankandthecollectorshall
belessthan10m.
• Theindoorandoutdoorpipelineofthesystemshallusethemetaltube.
• Thesolarstation,feedvalveandexpansiontankshallbeinstalledinthecircularoutlet
pipeline of the storage water tank.
• Itissuggestedforthethermalinsulationofthepipelinetousethededicatedthermal
insulationmaterialofourcompany.
• Thesensorforthesolarcollectorshallbeinstalledattheoutletofthesolarcollector.
• Theinlet/outletpipelineofthepanelsolarcollectorshallbeconnectedinthediagonal
position,theantifreezeowsintounderneaththeinlet/outletpipelineandaboveofthe
inlet/outletpipeline.

• Usethesteelwireropewiththediameterof6mmtoinstallthesolarcollector.
• Ifthereisnoproperfixingpointintheroof,itcanusethelargeexpansionboltforthe
fixation at the thick wall.
• Thereshallbesomespacebetweenthesolarcollectorandtheroof,topreventthe
backflow of the water in the roof from causing the leakage of the roof.
• Custommadesupportofourcompanyshallbeadoptedfortheinstallationofsolar
collector on the flat roof.

Installation of Storage Water Tank
• Determineandinstallthestoragewatertankaccordingtotherequirementofusers
together with the actual situation.
• Addonecorrugatedpipeaccordingtothedistancebetweenthesolarstationandthe
storagewatertank(itshallnotbegreaterthan0.6m),toconnectthecircularoutletofthe
storage water tank and the circular inlet under the solar station.
• Connectwithvariouspipefittingsatthetemperaturepressurevalve,coldwaterinlet
and hot water outlet.
• Connectthetemperaturepressurevalveonthewatertanktop.Connectadrainpipe
onthevalve.Thedrainpipeistobeinstalledinacontinuouslydownwarddirectionand
inafrost-freeenvironment.Thevalvecandrainwateroutunderhightemperatureand
pressureconditiontoavoidhazards.Atanytimethedrainpipecan’tbeblocked.
• Thecheckvalveshallbeinstalledatthecoldwaterinletofthestoragewatertank,andthe
direction of the check valve shall be consistent with the water flow.
• Ifthewatertemperatureinthestoragewatertankrises,somewater-dropwillflowout
from the pressure relief hole of the temperature pressure valve, which is a normal
situation.Ifyourwaterheaterisnotinstalledneartothesewer.Itissuggestedtoinstall
the drain pipe of the temperature pressure valve, to prevent the spatter indoors. The
drain pipe must be left open to the atmosphere.
• Connectthepowercableofthestoragewatertankandthesensortothecorrectposition
of the power panel for the solar station.

Before installation, determine the specific installation position according to the
requirementsofuser.
Accordingtothepositionsanddistanceofthehangerholesonthebackofsolarstation,
drilltwoholesinthewallwithpercussiondrill.Theholeis70mmindepthand9mmin
diameter. Then fix it on the wall with two expansion bolts.
Alignthehangerholesonthebackofsolarstationtothehookonthehangerandhangthe
solar station on the hanger.
Screw off bolts on the bottom shell of solar station, open its front shell and connect it to
theheatcirculationsystem(alltheinletandoutletventsofsolarstationareG1/2”female
standardthread).

Install priming valve at the proper position of the upper end of water pump connection
tubeofsolarstation.Thevalvehasnodirectionality.Buttheinstallationspacemustbe
convenient for late priming.
Install one tee at the outlet of the priming valve. One end of tee is connected with
circulation water output tube and another end is connected with expansion water tank.
Afterdeterminationofitsposition,drilltwoholesinthewallwithpercussiondrill.Thehole
is70mmindepthand9mmindiameter.Thenfixexpansionwatertankonthewallwithtwo
expansion bolts and corresponding fixing strap.
Installation introduction
Screw off the priming vent cap of priming valve, close the bigger check valve in the middle
ofprimingvalve(whentwobladesonthevalvehandleisverticaltoaxleofvalve,itis
closed)andopenanothertwosmallercheckvalves.
Connecttheoutputofprimingequipmentwithonepriminginletandensuretheflowing
direction is the same with installation direction of check valve. Then Connect another priming
outputwithreturninginletofprimingequipment.Starttheprimingequipmentforpriming.
Observe the returned antifreeze until uniform returned flow and no bubble is realized.
Atfirstclosethecheckvalveconnectedtoreturninginletofprimingequipment,thenthe
checkvalveconnectedtooutletofprimingequipment,andopenthebiggercheckvalvein
themiddleofprimingvalve.Disassembletheprimingequipment.

Circuit connection of water storage tank
Connect respectively L end (brown) and N end (blue) of wire of water storage tank with L
end and N end of relay. ( N label of relay represents the N electrode of power)
Connect temperature sensor of water storage tank with corresponding interface on the
power plate. Insert properly.
Fix the grounding wire of water storage tank on the grounding plate of solar station with
grounding bolts.
Disassemble wire clamp and fix and press wire connection of water storage tank.

Connection of solar collector temperature sensor
Find solar collector temperature sensor on the corresponding interface on the power plate.
Cutitatthepositionwhereis150mmawayfromtheterminalandstripthewire.(connect
another lead according to the actual installation distance between solar collector and
solarstation.Andtheleaddimensionsshallbe:2XAWG24(2X0.2mm
2
) and it must be
resistanttothetemperatureabove80
°
C.) Stick the connection with the insulating tape.
Place the sensor probe into the blind pipe at the outlet vent of solar collector and insert
it to the bottom to ensure reliable contact with the measured point. Band the sensor wire
along the pipe. And disconnected points of lead must be avoided to be in outdoor
environment to prevent corrosion and oxidation due to rain.



Measure the distance from the solar collector inlet to the expansion tank and the distance
from the solar collector outlet to the storage water tank circular outlet.
Preparecorrespondingpipematerialaccordingtothemeasureddimension,andequipped
with the insulating layer.
Connect the solar collector inlet and the expansion tank tee joint as well as the solar
collector outlet and storage water tank inlet by the prepared pipe material.
Thecheckvalveisinstalledatthecirculardischargepipeoftheoutdoorsolarcollector,and
thedirectionofthecheckvalveshallbeconsistentwiththeflowdirectionoftheliquid.

 Aftertheinstallationofallthetubesandwiring,ensurethatwaterstoragetankisfullofwater
andthatsolarcollectorcirculationsystemisfullofcirculationmediawithoutleakage,then
connect the power of solar station.
 Afterconnectingthepower,solarstationwillstartforautoinspection,thendisplayplateand
indicationlightsarelightedupfor2seconds,restoretonormaldisplay.Thedefaultworking
mode is solar heating mode.

In solar energy heating mode, temperature difference between solar collector output
vent and water storage tank is used to control operation of circulation pump through
whichhotliquidinthesolarcollectorflowsintowaterstoragetankandcoldliquidin
the bottom of water storage tank flows into solar collector for circulation. If temperature
attheoutputventofsolarcollectorislowerthan120
°
C temperature of water storage
tank is no more than 85
°
C and the temperature difference is higher than the set
temperature difference of circulation pump, then circulation pump starts to work.
When temperature difference is lower than 3

C, then circulation pump stops working.

It is suggested that the set temperature difference of circulation pump shall be 15

Aftersettingthedatedtimeandtemperature,thesystemwillheatwatertothedated
temperaturebeforedatedtime.Whenitisthedatedtime,thesystemwillmaintainthe
temperaturefor30minutes;whilethecurrenttemperatureis5°Clowerthantheset
temperature, it will start the electric heating. During the heating course of dated time,
stagedandtemporaryheatingisutilized.Absorbsolarenergyinpriority.Whensolar
heating can not realize dated temperature, start electric heating for supplement. Thus
presetted heating needs operation in longer advance. It is normal phenomenon.

If it is intended to date one time, set the two same dated time.

Thesolarstationcontrollerhasthepowerfailurememoryfunction.Duringaccidental
powerfailure,thesystemcanrestorethesetparametersbeforepowerfailure.

Cleaning and Servicing
• Switchoffthepowersupplybeforecleaningthestoragewatertank.Wipeitbythewet
clothwithsomeneutraldetergent,andthenwipetodryitbythedrycloth,tomaintain
thedryingofthestoragewatertankcase.
• Tomaintainthecontinuoushigh-efficientoperationofthewaterheater,itisnecessaryto
cleanthepipeheaterandthelinereverythreeyears.Notethattheprotectivelayershall
not be damaged.
• Itisnecessarytoreplacethemagnesiarodsinthestoragewatertankaccordingtothe
differenceoflocalwaterquality.
• Ifthewaterheaterisnotusedforalongtime,itisnecessarytodrainthestoragewater
tankandthesolarcollectorcircularpipelinerespectively.
Drain the storage water tank
Close the inlet valve of the storage water tank.
Remove the end cap at the drain outlet.
Open the handle of the temperature pressure relief valve in the storage water tank.
Drain the water in the storage water tank from the drain outlet.
Drain the solar collector circular pipeline
Unscrewthefeedingcapintheprimingvalve,andopentwosmallcutoffvalves,andthen
use thecontainerstocollecttheanti-freezingfluidflowingout.
Ifnoanti-freezingfluidflowsoutfromthesmallcutoffvalves,closethelargecutoffvalves,
andconnecttheinflationequipmentoutletwithonefeedingport,toensuretheflow
direction of the gas is consistent with the installation direction of the check valve.
Activatetheinflationequipmentuntiltheanti-freezingfluidisblownoutcompletely.
