step.Markthepositionofthelowerholesof
theGliderBracketontheBeam.Dothesame
withanotherGliderBracketandtheotherpair
ofholes.
Drill 3/16" diameter holes 1-1/2" into the
Beamatthemarks.
TurntheBeamover.Markanddrillthebeam
inthesamemanner.
FastentheGlidersBracketstotheBeamAs-
sembly using two 3/8 x 4-1/2" Hex Bolts*,
four3/8FlatWashers,andtwoNylockNuts
foreachpairofBrackets,intheupperholes
asshown.Useone5/16x1-1/2"LagScrew
with one 5/16 Flat Washer for each of the
eightremaininglowerholes.
*Use3/8x3-1/2"BoltsfortheClassicPine
Beam.
HangtheBack-to-BackGliderbyhookingthe
chaininthesnaphooksontheGliderHang-
ers.Followthespecialassemblyinstructions
includedfortheBack-to-BackGlider.
U.S. safety standards require a minimum
clearance of 8" from the bottom of each
SwingAccessorytotheground.U.K.(&E.U.)
safety standards require a minimum clear-
anceof350mm(13-3/4")betweenthebottom
ofeachSwingAccessoryandtheground.
The height of each SwingAccessory is ad-
justed byusing a different linkin the chain.
BesuretohangtheSwingsAccessorieswith
groundclearancegreaterthanorequaltothe
safetystandardforyourregion.
