PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND ALL SAFETY WARNINGS CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING YOUR TRAILER.

WARNING
Do not exceed 77lbs(35kgs) maximum load.
Do not exceed 16Km/H(10MPH) maximum speed.
Do not use cargo trailer to carry children.
Do not use cargo trailer on a rocky or dangerous road.
Do not park trailer near a ditch or dangerous road.
Do not make any modification to the trailer.
PRE-RIDE SAFETY CHECK
Check to ensure hitch connector is tight.
Check to ensure hitch safety strap is secure.
Fix all cargoes and fasten top cover
Inspect bike and trailer condition before each use.
HELMETS ON! Ensure rider helmet are on.
Check TIRE AIR PRESSURE.
RIDING TIPS
Ride slower than you would if you were without the trailer.
You will require extra stopping distance. Use your brakes early.
Take corners very gradually.
Use on smooth roads only. Do not ride over curbs, potholes or off road.
Always use the flag supplied with the trailer to allow others to see you.
Avoid riding at night.

MAIN P ANELS ASSEMBLY
Remove trailer and all components from carton. While trailer is still in folded position, lift both side
panels to an upright position and connect the panels with the safety pins.
NOTE: Ensure that the safety pins are secured with the wrap spring clip.
FASTEN BASKET ON PAN ELS
Fasten the basket with Velcro on the top of the panels.
The 6 loops on bottom are available for the tie-down use.
ATTACHING TOP COVER
Position the top cover over the top of trailer.
Fasten the Velcro around the trailer’s panels.
IMPORTANT
Store the trailer out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading and eventual weakening of
the fabric/plastic components.

INSTALLING AND REMOVING WHEELS
Place the wheel hub on the axle by simply pushing in the wheel until it snaps in place, so the wheel can
not be removed. Push in all the way so that the wheel cannot be pushed further. After both wheels
are assembled/attached, pull on the wheels to ensure they cannot be removed. To remove the wheels,
lift back of trailer up and simply push on the push buttons located on the axle and remove the wheel.
NOTE: Check tire sidewall for proper tires inflation & check tires regularly.
WARNING
Failure to properly install and adjust wheels with quick release levers could allow wheel to
come off during use. This could lead to serious injury.

To screw the red reflector or clip the LED light on the loop at rear of trailer and the spoke reflector on
both sides of wheels.
Make sure to install the reflectors or led light for your safety.
FLAG
Insert the flagpole into the flagpole loop at the left rear corner of the side panel.
Make sure to always use the safety flag to maximize your visibility to other vehicles
sharing the road or path .

HITCH ARM ASSEMBLY
Lift front of trailer up. Remove the locking pin from back hole. Pull hitch arm out and secure it with
the locking pin. Make sure that the locking pin is engaged and safety clip is closed on pin.
IMPORTANT
Do not use the trailer without proper installation of the locking pin.

Attach trailer to left rear stay of bicycle making sure that the clamp closes around the stay.
Wrap the safety strap around the chain stay of the bike ,and snap the hook into the D-ring attached to
the trailer arm.
CAUTION
If the hitch interferes with your bike or other bike attachments, or if it does not tighten
securely, do not use. Contact your bike dealer for help with proper installation.

Attach trailer to left rear axle of bicycle making sure that the hub axle nut or QR skewer is secured.
Wrap the safety strap around the train stay of the bike and snap the hook into D-ring attached to
the trailer arm.
CAUTION
If the hitch interferes with your bike or other bike attachments, or if it does not tighten
securely, do not use. Contact your bike dealer for help with proper installation.
Do not use the trailer without proper installation of the locking pin.
