NOTICE:
Read the entire IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section
at the beginning of this document – including all text under subheadings
– before set up or use of this product.
PLEASE RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
KEEP THEM IN A SAFE PLACE WHERE YOU CAN REFER TO THEM AS NEEDED.
The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this manual cannot cover all possible
conditions and situations that may occur. The user must understand that common sense and
caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the user.
Assembly/Installation Precautions
1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly. We recommend
that two people together assemble the greenhouse for a smooth and efficient assembly.
3. This unit contains pieces with sharp edges. The machined edges of the aluminium parts and the
ends of the panel clips may be sharp. Handle all parts carefully.
4. Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
5. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
6. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
8. Build the Greenhouse on a flat and level surface. A concrete foundation is recommended for a
high-quality installation.
9. WARNING: The brass bushings inside the Rollers of this product contain lead, a chemical known
to the State of California to cause birth defects (or other reproductive harm). (California Health &
Safety Code § 25249.5, et seq.)
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Use/Service Precautions
1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play in or climb on this product. Although this
greenhouse does include protective covers, there are still some exposed sharp edges. In addi-
tion, protective covers may fall off over time. Children must be supervised if allowed near the
greenhouse.
2. SNOW/DEBRIS ACCUMULATION HAZARD. The heavy weight of accumulated snow or other debris
can cause parts of this greenhouse to buckle suddenly. Do not allow debris to accumulate on
top of the greenhouse. If snowfall is expected, place additional supports (not provided) under-
neath the Crown (35). NEVER enter a greenhouse with accumulated debris on top.
3. Use as intended only. The product capabilities only apply to a properly and completely assembled
product.
4. Inspect periodically; replace damaged parts immediately and do not enter greenhouse if parts
are loose or damaged.
!
PAGE 5
Before you assemble this greenhouse, you must build a proper foundation. You may use your
own base of bricks, concrete blocks or treated wood. Whatever foundation you use, ensure that
it is square – by checking that its diagonal measurements are equal – and level, and that the
greenhouse is fastened to it securely. If you have made your own base, you will need to drill
through the sill of the greenhouse.
Your greenhouse needs the proper support of a foundation to help prevent property damage and
injury in the event of strong winds or inclement weather. Wind and ground conditions vary from
site to site, and the characteristics of your site may affect the practicality and effectiveness of
anchoring methods substantially. If you have any doubt regarding the stability of the foundation
you are to use, consult a professional.
It is always your responsibility to ensure that the greenhouse is properly anchored. Ogrow cannot
be held responsible for personal injury, damage to the greenhouse, or other property damage
that occurs as a result of improperly anchoring the greenhouse.
Check with local authorities to obtain all required building permits and to familiarize yourself
with any building codes that may apply.
Decide on a location for the greenhouse. The location should optimally be a level, well lit area
that is sheltered from the wind and free of overhanging branches. The door of the greenhouse
should not open towards the prevailing wind, if possible. Try to locate your greenhouse near a
convenient water source to aid you in watering your plants daily. Also, try to build your
greenhouse in a location where the soil drains easily so that the greenhouse floor is pleasant to
work on.
IMPORTANT:
READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING:
!
PAGE 6
STARTING TO BUILD
Construct a base first so that the greenhouse can be immediately mounted and secured when it
is completed
Find someone to assist you in the assembly. The work is light and should suit any able-bodied
person, who can speed up and ease assembly by assisting you.
Note that the construction takes time. Work slowly and methodically so that assembly is more
accurate and with fewer errors; rushing only leads to needing to undo and repeat steps done
erroneously. If this is your first time building a greenhouse it may take a good chunk of a day to
complete the construction properly.
Prepare the tools you will need:
• A Drill
• A Screwdriver
• A Spanner – Part 41
Lay out all the greenhouse parts around the base to ensure that nothing is missing. (See image
below.) If any parts are missing, contact us at once so that we can send you the missing parts
right away.
When you assemble the greenhouse, secure parts loosely where possible and then tighten only
when everything is in place. This allows for easy minor adjustments during construction.

OUTSIDE VIEW
Lay out all the parts needed for the front wall, besides for parts 14 and 19. Follow the same layout as
for the rear wall. (The image below is the outside view, so you must lay the pieces out in mirror image
to start with.) Make sure that the roof beams are on the correct sides as the left and right dier; the
oor bar is perpendicular to the oor, with the wider end at the top; and that the door frame parts are
below the frame parts – on the outside.

right end of the top doorway beam.
(Note: when you stand the wall up, the
rail will extend on the left of the
greenhouse.) When the rail is in place,
tighten the two bolts.
STEP
1
Insert a bolt into the hole at the end
of the door rail, securing with a nut.
This will act as a door stop.
STEP
4
Attach the vertical door rail
support to the end of the door rail
that is jutting out of the structure.
STEP
3
Secure the bottom of the vertical door
rail support to the outside of the roof
beam, using the long door support
bolt. Slide the door spacer onto the
bolt between the two poles, securing
the joint with a nut on the inside of
the roof beam.

1
Insert bolts into the bottom of the
two vent side bars, securing loosely.
Slide polycarbonate panel E into
the slot between the two narrow
sheets of the bars, after removing
the protective film on both sides.
STEP
2
Attach the vent bottom bar to the
outside of the vent side bars, using
the bolts inserted in the previous
step. The top lip of the bottom bar
should slide over the polycarbonate
panel, securing it in place.
STEP
3
Check that the vent is square by
measuring that the diagonals are
the same, and then tighten the
bolts in each corner. Slide the
completed vent into the top roof bar
to the space between the two roof
support poles.
Turn the vent over and attach the
brace to the vent bottom bar,
screwing it into the pre-drilled
holes.
STEP
