Connecting A Master Valve
The Cuisinart ICE 30BCC Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker consists of several
parts that work together to create delicious frozen treats. Here are the main parts of
the ICE 30BCC:
Freezer Bowl: This is the removable bowl that needs to be pre-frozen before use.
It contains a special coolant that freezes the mixture while it churns.
Mixing Paddle: The mixing paddle is attached to the center of the machine's
base. It rotates during operation to churn and mix the ingredients, incorporating air
into the mixture for a creamy texture.
Lid: The lid fits securely onto the machine's base and covers the top of the
freezer bowl. It helps to keep the mixture contained and prevents ice crystals from
forming.
Control Panel: The control panel is located on the front of the base and contains
the buttons or switches to operate the machine. It typically includes options for
turning the machine on/off and selecting the desired churn speed or mode.
Ingredient Spout: The ingredient spout is a convenient feature found on the lid. It
allows you to add mix-ins, such as chocolate chips or chopped fruit, during the
churning process without interrupting the freezing process.
Power Cord: The power cord connects the machine to an electrical outlet,
supplying power to the motor and other components.
These are the primary parts of the Cuisinart ICE 30BCC Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream &
Sorbet Maker. Each part plays a crucial role in the ice cream-making process, allowing
you to create a variety of frozen desserts in the comfort of your own home.

How do I clean the Cuisinart ICE-30BCC?
Clean the freezer bowl, mixing arm, and lid in warm soapy water. DO NOT PUT FREEZER BOWL IN THE
DISHWASHER. DO NOT CLEAN WITH ABRASIVE CLEANSERS OR IMPLEMENTS. Wipe motor base
clean with damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly.
How do I prepare the freezer bowl for use?
The freezer bowl must be completely frozen before you begin your recipe. The length of time needed to reach
the frozen state depends on how cold your freezer is. For the most convenient frozen desserts and drinks,
leave your freezer bowl in the freezer at all times. You can take it out any time for immediate use. In general,
freezing time is between 6 hours and 22 hours. To determine whether the bowl is completely frozen, shake it. If
you do not hear liquid moving, the cooling liquid is frozen. Before freezing, wash and dry the bowl. Wrap it in a
plastic bag to prevent freezer burn. We recommend that you place the freezer bowl in the back of your freezer
where it is coldest.
How should I store the Cuisinart ICE-30BCC?
DO NOT put freezer bowl in freezer if bowl is wet. DO NOT store lid, mixing arm, or base in freezer. You may
store the freezer bowl in the freezer for convenient, immediate use. Before freezing, wrap the bowl in a plastic
bag to prevent freezer burn. Do not store frozen desserts or drinks in the freezer bowl in the freezer for more
than 30 minutes at a time. Transfer frozen desserts or drinks to an airtight container for longer storage in the
freezer.
