Thank you for purchasing Fakir Camilla Grill and Sandwich

Maker. It was developed and manufactured to work reliably for

many years.

These operating instructions are intended to enable the safe

and proper handling and operation of the appliance.

Read these operating instructions carefully before using the

appliance for the rst time.

Keep the operating instructions in a safe place. Include these

operating instructions when passing the appliance on to

another user.

This appliance fullls the requirements of the Appliance and

Product Safety Law (GPSG) and the EU Directives. 2004/108/EC

“Electromagnetic Compatibility” and 2006/95/EC “Low-Voltage

Directive”. The appliance bears the CE mark on the rating plate.

This product designed for just household use. It is not suitable

for Business and industry type. Otherwise it will be accepted as

“out of warranty conditions” by our Authorized Services.

• This appliance is not designed to be used by persons (including

children) with limited physical, sensory or mental capacities or

by persons lacking in experience and/or knowledge, unless

they are supervised by someone who is responsible for their

safety or have received instructions on how to use the

appliance. Children should be supervised to ensure that they

do not play with the appliance.

• Electric appliances are not toys for children! Therefore, use and

store the appliance away from the reach of children. Children

do not recognize the danger involved with handling an

electric appliance. Do not let the power cord dangle from the

appliance...

before using the appliance. Please keep this instraction

in a safe place for the further use. If you pass the

appliance on, pass on the instractions too.

Repairs and maintenance may by performed only by trai-

ned technicians (e.g. Fakir customer service). Only original

Fakir replacement parts may be used. Improperly repaired

or serviced appliances may pose a danger to the user.

made by other than Fakir Services.

Important Safeguards

Do not touch hot Top cover. Use handles or knobs. Surfaces

become extremely hot.

• To prevent against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord,

plug or toaster in water or other liquid, See instructions for

cleaning.

• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by

children or near children.

• Always unplug appliance from outlet when not in use and

before cleaning. Allow to cool before cleaning and handling.

• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, Do

not replace that if the power or plug is damaged. After

appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any

manner. Return the appliance to an authorized service facility

for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

• Do not use any unauthorized attachments. This will void the

warranty and may cause re, electric shock or injury.

• Do not use outdoors.

• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch

hot surfaces.

• Do not place toaster on or near a hot gas or electric burner or a

heated oven.

• To disconnect, grasp plug and remove from outlet. Never

unplug by pulling the cord.

• Do not use toaster for other than intended use.

• Oversized foods. Metal foil packages or utensils must not be

inserted in the machine as they may involve a risk of re or

electric shock.

• Do not operate machine near ammable materials such as

curtains, wall fabric, etc. to prevent re.

• To avoid possibility of re, do not leave toaster unattended

during use.

• Always use the grill on a dry surface.

• Avoid the use of scouring pads or harsh detergents as they

may damage the surface.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have

been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.

• Caution: Hot surface

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children

without supervision.

• The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of

an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Before rst time usage

• Unpack your new Health Grill and remove all extra ttings such

as plastic wrappers and cable clamps meant for protection

during transportation.

• Before starting up your new Health Grill, check the contents for

completeness and any visible damage.

• Read the directions for use carefully.

Keep the packaging for storage and future transports

(e.g. for moves, service).

NOTICE!

Unpack the device and check the content of the packaging

for completeness. Should you note any damage incurred

during transit, please contact your dealer immediately.

USAGE

the non-stick coating.”

NOTICE!

How to use your

health grill

1- Connect the plug to the mains socket.

2- The power on light will come on.

3- Turn the temperature dial to the desired heat setting.

4- Preheat the unit with plates closed, after approximately 3-5

minutes, the temperature is reached and ready light (green)

will come on.

5- Use the handle to lift the upper plate and place food on the

bottom cooking plate by using wooden or plastic (heat

resistant) utensils.

6- Close the upper plate, do not apply any pressure.

7- The temperature can be adjusted as required during cooking.

8- When the time is reached, carefully open the unit and remove

the food by using wooden or plastic (health resistant) utensils.

9- When nished cooking, unplug the grill and allow it to cool

down.

Cooking Tips 1- The cooking time will depend on the type, thickness and

volume of foods, whatever, you can increase the cooking

times.

2- Use the grill chart as a guide only and make sure food is cooked

through before consumption.

3- Do not cook frozen food and do not attempt to defrost frozen

food in the grill. All food must be fully and completely defrost

before cooking.

4- When cooking sh, the bottom place must always be oiled.

AFTER USE

Dispose of the device according to the environmental regu-

lations applicable in your country.

Electrical waste must not be disposed of together with hou-

sehold waste. Bring the worn-out device to a collection center.

The packaging of the device consists of recycling-capable

materials. Place these, sorted out according to material, in

the collectors provided, so that recycling can be carried out

on them.

For advice on recycling, refer to your local authority or your

dealer.

This appliance is compatible with 2002/96/EC WEEE

directive.

Waste Disposal

Carry the appliance in the original package or a similar,

well-padded package to prevent damage to the appliance.

Cleaning 1- Disconnect from the main socket and ensure the apliance

completely cooled down before cleaning.

2- Use a paper towel moistened with a little cooking oil to remove

stubborn stains.

3- Wipe all surfaces with a clean, damp cloth
