REGULADOR DE SEGURIDAD
Bloqueado para el usuario.
AMARRE DEL EQUIPO
Se amarra mediante dos
tornillos de métrica 5.
MANOMETRO 0.1 MPa = 1 Bar
Quitando la tapa y mediante dos patillas
se puede ajustar el rango visual del
valor nominal (ejemplo 0.02 MPa).

FILTROS DE PARTICULAS
Cambiar los filtros cada 2 años.
Cambiar los filtros si la presión inicial
ha caido un 40%.
Prestar atención
a la junta.
Los vasos y los filtros se
desmontan girando.

Además se pueden sustituir los vasos
de policarbonato por unos de Nylon
(mayor resistencia frente a agentes
químicos).

VALVULAS DE ESCAPE
Los vasos se vacian cuando se llenan o cuando
al equipo le llega presión.
Es posible forzar el vaciado girando las
valvulas. Las valvulas disponen de roscas para
poder conectar mangueras de desagüe.

REGULADOR
Regula la presión de
salida del equipo.
FILTRO DE ACEITE
Cambiar el filtro cada dos años.
Cambiar el filtro si la presión
inicial ha caido un 40%.
Cambiar el filtro si se le ven
puntos rojos a través de la
ventana.
Atención con la
orientación del filtro
al cambiarlo.

MOUNTING THE
EQUIPMENT
It is fixed using two 5 metric
screws.
PRESSURE GAUGE 0.1 MPa = 1 Bar
By removing the cover and using two
pins adjust the visual range of the
nominal value (example 0.02 MPa).

Adjust the output
pressure of the unit.
OIL FILTER
Change the filter every two years.
Change the filter if the initial
pressure has fallen by 40%.
Change the filter if red dots
can be seen through the sight
glass.
Pay attention to the
direction of the filter
when changing it.

EXHAUST VALVES
The vessels are emptied when they are filled or
when pressure reaches the equipment.
It is possible to force the venting by screwing the
valves. The valves have threads to connect
drain hoses to them.
PARTICLE FILTERS
Change filters every two years.
Change the filters if the initial
pressure has fallen by 40%.
Pay attention to
the seals.
The vessels and filters
can be demounted by
unscrewing them.

Additionally, the polycarbonate vessels
can be replaced with nylon vessels
(these having a greater resistance to
chemical agents).
