SPEED:Usethespeedkeytoadjusyourdesiredspeed.Thespeedrange
forthetreadmillisfrom0.5-10MPH(0.8-16KPH).
Pressthespeedkeytoincreasethespeedandpressthespeed
keytodecreasethespeed.
INCLINE:UsetheINCLINEkeytoraiseorlowerthetreadmill.The
inclinerangeforthetreadmillisfrom0%-12%.
MODE:Whenyouplacethesafetykeyinitsplace,theelectronicspackagewill
automaticallyaccessintoMODEfunction.Pressthemodekey,andthis
willscrollyouthroughthedifferentmodes.WitheachpressoftheMODE
key,thedisplaywillalternatelyshowTIME,DIST(Distance),
CAL(Calories),SCANorPULSE.

STOP/RESET:WhenyoupresstheStop/Resetbutton,andthetreadmillwillslowly
cometoastop.
PresstheStop/Resetbuttononceagain,alldisplaywindows

PROGRAM:The1250featuresatotaloffive(5)professionallydesigned
workoutprograms.Theprogramscontroltheelevation,whileyoucontrolthespeed
ofyourworkout.Duringtheactualprograms,youcannotchangetheelevation
percentage,butyoucanchangethespeedofthetreadmill.
PressthePROGRAMkeytoscrollthroughthe5programs.TheP1-P5willbe
displayedinthecentralLEDwindow,whenyouhavechosentheProgramyouwant,
presstheMODEkeytoselecttheTIMEorDIST.UsetheTIMEorDIST
keystoselectyourdesiredTIMEorDIST(butnotboth),thenpresstheSPEEDkeys
tobegin.
Duringtheseprograms,youcontrolthespeed,andtheunitwillautomaticallyswitch
betweentheelevationpercentages,givingyouthefeelingofrunningonhillsand
levelground.
