Warranty Information
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Kruze Electric Scooter includes a 1 year limited hardware warranty.
The warranty covers product defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use. This warranty is limited to residents of the United
States only and is available only to original purchasers.
This warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 1 year
warranty period. The warranty period does not extend if the product
is repaired or replaced. We may change the availability of this limited
warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
Warranty services are provided by TDC USA Inc. If a hardware defect
arises and a valid claim is received during the warranty period, TDC
USA Inc. will repair the hardware defect by using new or refurbished
parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. This
warranty is for 1 replacement only of like-items and does not cover
items out of production if the product is no longer made or stocked.
This warranty is not assignable or transferable.
DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT.
Doing so will void this warranty. Only TDC USA Inc. is the authorized
service center who should perform service on this product.
This warranty does not cover any damage due to the following:
A) Transportation
B) Storage
C) Improper use
D) Failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive
maintenance
E) Modications
F) Unauthorized repair
G) Normal wear and tear
H) External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events
beyond our reasonable control

approved by the party responsible for compliance could void
the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

WARNING: Riding the electric scooter can be hazardous activity.
Certain conditions may cause the equipment to fail without fault of
the manufacturer. Like other electric products, the scooter can and is
intended to move , and it is therefore possible to lose control, fall o
and/or get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction
or expertise can eliminate. If such things occur you can be seriously
injured or die, even when using safety equipment and other precautions.
RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON SENSE.
APPROPRIATE RIDER USE AND PARENTAL SUPERVISION
This manual contains important safety information. It is your responsibility to review
this information and make sure that all riders understand all warnings, cautions,
instructions and safety topics and assure that young riders are able to safely and
responsibly use this product. We recommend that you periodically review and
reinforce the information in this manual with younger riders, and that you inspect and
maintain your scooter to insure their safety.
The recommended rider age is 16+ years old. Any rider unable to t comfortably on
the scooter should not attempt to ride it.
Keep this product away from small children and remember that it is intended or use
only by persons who are, at a minimum, completely comfortable and competent
while operating the scooter.
DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF 200 POUNDS (91kg.) Rider weight does
not necessarily mean a persons size is appropriate to t or maintain control of the
scooter.
Do not touch brakes or motor on your scooter when in use or directly after use as
these parts can become very hot.
ACCEPTABLE RIDING PRACTICES AND CONDITIONS
Always check and obey any local laws or regulations which may aect the locations
where the electric scooter may be used.
Ride defensively. Watch out for potential obstacles that could catch your wheel
or force you to swerve suddenly or lose control. Be careful to avoid pedestrians,
skaters, skateboards, scooters, bikes, children or animals who may enter your path,
and respect the rights and property of others.

Do not activate the speed control on the hand grip unless you are on the scooter and
in a safe, outdoor environment suitable for riding.
Do not attempt or do stunts or tricks on your electric scooter. This scooter is not
made to withstand abuse from misuse such as jumping, curb grinding or any other
type of stunts
Maintain a hold on the handlebars at all times.
Never carry passengers or allow more then one person at a time to ride the scooter.
Never use near steps or swimming pools.
Keep your ngers and other body parts away from the chain, drive chain, steering
system, wheels and all other moving components.
Never use headphones or a cell phone when riding.
Never hitch a ride with another vehicle.
Do not ride your scooter in wet or icy weather and never immerse the scooter in
water, as the electrical and drive components could be damaged by water or create
other possibly unsafe conditions.
The electric scooter is intended for use on at, dry surfaces such as pavement or
level ground without loose debris such as sand, leaves, rocks or gravel. Wet, slick,
bumpy, uneven or rough surfaces may impair traction and contribute to possible
accidents. Do not ride your scooter in mud, ice, puddles or water. Avoid excessive
speeds that can be associated with downhill rides. Never risk damaging surfaces
such as carpet or ooring by using the electric scooter indoors.
Do not ride at night or when visibility is limited.
PROPER RIDING ATTIRE
Always wear proper protective equipment such as an approved safety helmet
(with chin strap securely buckled). A helmet may be legally required by local law or
regulation in your area. Elbow and kneepads, a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and
gloves are recommended. Always wear athletic shoes (lace-up shoes with rubber
soles), never ride barefooted or in sandals, and keep shoelaces tied and out of the
way of the wheels, motor and drive system.

Safety Instructions (ASTM F2642)
Units shall not be modied from the manufacturer’s original design
and conguration.
Units shall not be operated to perform racing, stunt riding, or
other maneuvers, which may cause loss of control, or may cause
uncontrolled operator / passenger actions or reactions.
Before each cycle of operation, the operator shall perform the
preoperation checks specied by the manufacturer:
That the area that the unit is to be operated in is safe and suitable
for safe operation;
That all safety labels are in place and understood by the operator
and any passenger;
That any and all axle guards, chain guards, or other covers or
guards supplied by the manufacturer are in place and in serviceable
condition; and
That tires are in good condition, inated properly, and have sucient
tread remaining.
The owner shall allow the use and operation of the unit after a
demonstration that such operators can understand and operate all
components of the unit before use.
Operators shall adhere to all the manufacturer’s recommendations
and instructions, as well as comply with all laws and ordinances:
Units without headlights shall be operated only with adequate
daylight conditions of visibility and
Owners shall be encouraged to highlight (for conspicuity) using light,
reectors, and low-riding units, signal ags on exible poles.

- Those with heart conditions;
- Pregnant women;
- Persons with head, back or neck ailments, or prior surgeries to those
areas of the body; and
- Persons with any mental or physical conditions that may make them
susceptible to injury or impair their physical dexterity or mental capabilities
to recognize, understand, and perform all the safety instructions and to be
able to assume the hazards inherent in unit use.
Operators always shall use appropriate protective clothing, including
but not limited to a helmet, with appropriate certication, and any
other equipment recommended by the manufacturer.
Components shall be maintained and repaired in accordance with
the manufacturer’s specications and using only the manufacturer’s
authorized replacement parts with installation performed by dealers
or other skilled persons.
Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates and sudden surface changes.
Avoid streets and surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dirt, leaves, and
other debris. Wet weather impairs traction, braking, and visibility.

Assembly Instructions
The Kruze Electric Scooter comes mostly assembled within the package.
Simply screw each handle into each side of the middle connector bar.
Using the kick stand
1. Locate the kickstand on the side of the scooter’s deck.
2. Push the kickstand down and away from the scooter
Then carefully lean the weight of the scooter onto the
kickstand.

How to Fold for Storage

Folding the Scooter for storage and/or transportation
1. Locate the latch at the base of the scooter’s stand.
2. Holding the latch open, grasp the stand rmly and pull it own until it and
the deck are parallel.
WARNING:
Before moving, lifting, or otherwise transporting the scooter,
please make sure you have turned it o. Fold the scooter and
grasp it rmly before lifting and/or moving it.
When opening scooter make
sure pin locks into groove
before using.

Review before riding
Check and review these items before riding your scooter.
Check for cracks or broken connections. Although broken frames are
rare, it is possible for an aggressive rider to run into a curb or wall and
wreck, bend or break a frame. Get into the habit of inspection your
scooter on a regular basis.
Periodically inspect the tires for excess wear, and regularly check the tire
pressure and re-inate as necessary.
Always wear proper protective gear such as an approved safety helmet.
Elbow pads and kneepads are recommended. Always wear athletic
shoes (Lace-up shoes with rubber soles), never ride barefooted or in
sandals, and keep shoelaces tied and out of the way of the wheels,
motor and drive system

Cleaning
Storage
1. Press the Power button located on the bottom of the scooter to turn the
scooter on.
2. Carefully step on with one foot and stand upright but relaxed.
3. Balance with both feet on the scooter and use the throttle to start powered
acceleration.
4. To stop riding, release the throttle and use the handbrake, foot-brake, or
both to gradually coast to a stop then step o the scooter one foot at a
time. Be extra cautions when dismounting for the rst time.
Your scooter may need cleaning after riding for extended periods of time. See
the following tips below.
Completely power o the scooter before cleaning.
Use dry, non-abrasive cloth to gently remove debris or dust.
Your scooter should not come in contact with it in any kind of liquid.
Never use alcohol or ammonia-based cleaning solutions.
Never spray liquid directly onto any part of the scooter.
Your scooter may be stored easily when not in use. See the following
information below.
Before storing, fully charge the scooter to prevent battery over-discharge
due to non-use.
Do not store in dusty environments
Store indoors at suitable temperatures between -10°F to 113°F (-23°C to
45°C).
If storing for more than one month, discharge and recharge the battery
every three months.
DO NOT store in an unheated garage, shed, or other location with extreme
temperature uctuations or ranges.

Charging & Battery Care
Your Scooter is fully charged when the LED on the charger changes from red (charging)
to green (trickle charge). Close the charge port cover when not charging.
Do not connect the charger if the charge port or charge cable is wet.
When charging the battery, ONLY use the specied battery charger provided in the
package. DO NOT place the battery in or near re, or under direct sunlight. Do not
continue charging the battery if this does not charge within the specied charging time.
Doing so may cause the battery to become hot, or rupture. The temperate range which
the battery can be charge is 45°F – 100°F. Charging the battery outside of this temperate
range may harm the performance of the battery or reduce the battery’s life expectancy.

Never modify the electrical system. Alternations could cause a re resulting in
serious injury and could also damage the electrical system.
Charge the scooter with the supplied or recommended charger only. Use of the
wrong charger could cause a re or explosion resulting in serious injury.
Battery charging must be performed by adults only. Never allow children to charge
the battery.
Ensure the voltage and frequency of the charger is compatible with mains electrical
supply.
Use the battery charger in dry locations only.
The scooter battery must be charged before rst use.
Battery charging generally takes 1 to 2 hours from discharged to fully charged.
Misusing the battery may cause the battery to get hot or rupture and cause serious
injury.
Do not pierce the battery with sharp objects, strike the battery, step on the battery or
otherwise subject it to strong impact or shock.
Do not expose the battery to water or any liquids that allow the battery to get wet.
Do not place the battery near res, stoves, or other high temperature locations.
Do not disassemble or modify the battery.
Do not store the battery inside hot car or under extreme cold weather conditions.

Maintenance
The charger supplied with the electric scooter should be regularly
examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. In
the event of such damage, the product must not be charged until it has
been repaired or replaced.
Use ONLY with the recommended charger.
Wheels and drive system are subject to normal wear and tear. It is the
responsibility of the user to periodically inspect wheels for excess wear
and replace drive train components as required.
The most frequently requested replacement parts are available for
purchase.

This product must not be disposed of by incineration, landlling, or
mixing with household trash. Improper disposal of the battery contained
within this product may result in the battery heating up, rupturing, or
igniting which may cause serious injury. The substances contained
inside the battery present chemical risks to the environment. The
recommended disposal for this product at its end-of-life is to dispose
of the entire unit at or through an e-Waste recycling center, program,
or facility. Local regulations and laws pertaining to the recycling and
disposal of lithium ion batteries and/or products containing them will
vary according to country, state, and local governments. You must
check laws and regulations corresponding to where you live.
In order to properly dispose of the battery and/or unit, it is the user’s
responsibility to dispose of their waste equipment properly with
accordance with local regulations and laws. For additional information
about where you should drop o your batteries and electrical or
electronic waste, please contact your local or regional waste-
management oce, your household waste disposal service, or your
point-of sale.
