MR/MS ORANGE 2000A/B/M/MM automatic Orange juicer serials is designed to provide on-site processing of fresh juice, like hotels,
restaurants, commercial centers, airports, coffee bars and recreational shops etc.
The machines automatically combines conveys, splits, and squeeze oranges. It is easy to be handled, and has the advantage of high
efficiency, in addition, it meets hygiene and safety requirements.

Power Connection
1. Check if the voltage is the same as labeled on the machine.
2. Be sure to use a three-pin socker with the proper grounding
3. This products is conforms to DIN VED 0875 electric interference resistance EEC 89/336.
Operating steps:
1. Preparations:
(1) Place the machine on table after it is taken out of the box( Model A just put it on the proper place),make sure that no parts missing.
(2) Connect power plug to grounded power source, and turn on the power switch, run the machines without load. This is to check the
machine run normally and do not make any stange noise.
(3) Then, check whether the waste bucket and tray are placed in the correct position and turn off the switch.
(4) To wash the machine(refer to the daily Maintenance section), make sure that it runs smoothly.
(5) Put pre-washed oranges into the feed container before squeezing.
2. Squeezing steps
(1) Turn on the switch, let the machine run without load for a while, then put oranges into container,oranges will roll into female
squeezer one by one. This makes available for orange to be squeezed.
(2) During the beginning of the squeezing, orange juice will flow, please put the glass on the tray to collect the juice.
(3) To stop squeezing, simply close the stopper, the machine will run without load.
(4) Caution: Never turn off the power switch while oranges squeezing. Do not switch off the machine until there are no more oranges
being squeezed in the squeezing shaft.
Daily maintenance
(1) Before cleaning the machine, be sure to switch off and unplug the power connection.
(2) Daily cleaning of the transparent cover, the juice collector,concave and convex squeezer and peelers etc.
(3) Cleaning as per following steps: A-B-C
A. Take out the juice collector
B. Take off the pressing screw of the transparent cover, and take out the cover.
C. Pull out the peeler and splitting shaft.
(4) Dismantle the four squeezers, do take off one male and one female squeezer at the same time.
(5) Wash all parts, and dry them in the air. Use a wiping cloth to clean inside the wall of the machine. Finally return all cleaned parts
back to their position. The step is C-B-A. Make sure the pressing screw closed and the peeler in the correctly position.
(6) Empty the waste bucket and clean it without delay after use.
(7) Do not use alkali or strong acid detergents.
(8) Clean the whole machine after every use.
Attention
(1) If the peeler broken, do please replace immediately.
(2) Make sure the peeler in the proper position, when replace the peeler, please fix in the center of the convex squeezer and do not touch
the male squeezer.

Precautions
1. Be sure to cut off power before cleaning and trouble-shooting.
2. All maintenance of electrical components should only be done by trained technicians. Improper repair could be hazardous.
3. For safety and proper running of the squeezer, do not open the back cover if you are not the technical worker.

4. Operating instructions
4.1 FIRST STEPS
In order to achieve an optimum operation of the machine, please follow the below-mentioned steps carefully.
- After unpacking and positioning the machine on a level surface, remove the front cover by unscrewing the 2 fastening screws
shown in Pic 1. Lift the front cover out of its anchoring to expose the pressing system.
- check that the supply tunnel is mounted properly and that the fixation lever is fixed(see Pic 2)
- place the peel basket and drip cup as shown in Pic 3 and Pic 4.
- Make sure that the fruit sieve is in its proper position and that the front cover is closed see Pic 5)
- Ensure that the voltage is identical with taht shown on the identification plate.
- Plug the machine into a standardized and grounded power supply socket. Switch on the main power switch located at the side of
the machine.( The red control lamp lights up, see Pic 6)
4.2 CHOICE OF THE DISPLAY LANGUAGE
It is possible to choose between 5 different display languages:
-English
-German
- Spanish
- French
- Italian
Please follow the ponits below, to choose your required display language.
- Pic 7: Switch on the main power switch located at the side of the machine. The control lamp lights up.
- Pic 8 No.1: Select with the FUNC-Button the menu item” choose language”
-Pic 8 Nr 2/3: Select your required language by pressing the ON and OFF-Button/+and - Orange button together
-Pic 8 Nr.1: Afterwards select with the FUNC-Button the required menu item.Due to this fact the display language is stored.
4.3 OPERATING THE MACHINE
Fill the fruit basket with oranges. Do not use fruits larger than 80mm in size. To make sure that the machine works properly,
use fruits between 65-78mm in diameter.

Place a glass or another container under the juice outlet. To begin the pressing procedure, follow the instructions mentioned below:
Sel-Service Mode:
- Pic 10: Switch on the main power switch located at the side of the machine. The red control lamp lights up.
- Pic 11 No.1 FUNC button: Select the self-service mode by pressing this button., Self service Push “Press” is indicated on the
display.
- Pic 12: Stop and start the machine by pressing the self-service button.(SB-tap)
Continuous Mode:
-Pic 13: Switch on the main power switch located at the side of the machine. The red control lamp lights up.
- Pic 14 No.1FUNC button: Select the continuous mode by pressing this button , Continuous Push”ON” is indicated on the display.
- Pic 14 No.2 ON button: start pressing the fruits(continuous mode)
- Pic 14 No.3 OFF button: Stop pressing the fruits (continuous mode)

Digi-Mode
- Pic 15: Switch on the main power switch located at the side of the machine. The red control lamp lights up.
- Pic 17 No.1 FUNC button: Select the Digi mode by pressing this button, push “ON” is indicated on the display.
-Pic 17 No.3/4/5: Select with the +/- orange button the amount of oranges which should be pressed.(0-99 oranges)
-Pic 16/Pic 17 No.6: Start the machine with the ON/OFF-button. The machine stops automatically a soon the indicated amount of
oranges was pressed. The current amount of pressed oranges is shown at the display (No.6).
- Pic 17 No.2: With the +1 button one more orange will be pressed.
Continuous Mode:
-Pic 18: Switch on the main power switch located at the side of the machine. The red control lam lights up.
- Pic 20 No.1 FUNC button: Select the continuous mode by pressing this button. Continuous Push :ON” is indicated on the
display.
-Pic 19: Start and stop pressing with the ON/OFF button.

-Pic 21 No.1 FUNC button: Press this function button on indicate the total number of pressed fruits.
-Pic 22 No.1 FUNC button: Press this function button to indicate the total operating hours of the machine.
4.4 CLEANING INSTRUCTION
In order to clean the machine properly, please follow the instructions below:
The below-mentioned cleaning steps are to be completed at least twice every 24 hours.
IMPORTANT: Before cleaning the machine, ensure that machine is disconnected from power (unplug the machine)
1. Either press the oranges remaining in the fruit basket or remove them by hand.
2. Unscrew the front cover screws(left and right).
3. Remove the front cover:
Pull the lower part of the front cover slightly towards the front. Then lift the cover away from the retaining bolts.
Clean the hood with water (30-50) and a cleaning cloth to remove any juice and fruit pulp residues. Rinse thoroughly
with water (30-50C) Dry with disposable tissues.
CAUTION: Do not clean in a dishwasher!
4. Unscrew the cross holder screw.
5. Pull out the cross holder.
6. Separate the knife guide from the cross holder by pulling out the cross holder screw.( 3 individual parts” cross holder,
Knife guide, screw)
Caution: When reinstalling the knife make sure that it rests in the correct position and that the screw is properly tightened by hand.
In case of disregard, either the blade system or upper pressing units of the machine might get damaged.
7. Remove the peel removers(right and left)
8. Remover the upper pressing units (right and left)
9. Remove the lower pressing units(right and left)
10. Lift the knife and pull it out.
11. Unclamp the fixation lever of the feeder and remove the supply tunnel.
12. Remover the front plate/double cover.
13. Pull out the fruit sieve support + fruit sieve.
14. Remove the fruit sieve from the fruit sieve supporter.
15. Remove the peel basket.
16. Remove the drip cup.
17. Remove the sieve from the cup.
18. Open the fixation of the fruit basket by turning to the left.
19. Remove the fruit basket.
20. Loosen the rotation plate screw and remove it.
21. Remove the rotation plate.
22. Loosen the fixation screw of the orange deflector plate and remove it.
23. Remove the orange deflector plate.
24 . Clean the housing. The machine must not be cleaned by means of a water jet but with a wet cloth and clear water only. Wipe
clean with a cleaning cloth and dry with a disposable tissue.
25. Clean the fruit tube. The machine must not be cleaned by means of a water jet but with a wet cloth and clear water only. Wipe
clean with a cleaning cloth and dry with a disposable tissue.
Re-Mount all parts after cleaning in the opposite order of removal.
Ensure that all parts are correctly mounted and tightened!
PLEASE NOTE:
DO NOT clean the acrylic front cover in the dishwasher. Cleaning the front cover is to be done by hand with warm water and
disposable drying tissues.
DO NOT use any abrasive material or decalcifying agents.

1. Press the supporter of the tap upwards, accordingly push it towards the front.
2. Pull the tap bottom downwards.
3. Press the supporter upwards, accordingly push the supporter towards the back to disassemble the supporter.
4. Clean the fruit juice passage of the fruit sieve and the tap bottom properly.
5. Clean the complete tap (upper part removed from the bottom part) in a dishwasher or, alternatively, thoroughly rinse the tap in
a sink.

6. Re-Mount all parts after cleaning in the opposite order of removal.
Ensure that all parts are correctly mounted and tightened!
Caution:
Make sure that the guide bolt of the tap bottom faces the rear when assembling the tap.
4.5 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In order to ensure a proper functioning of this commercial orange juicer and in order to avoid injury, we ask you to please follow the
following points:
1. The fastening screws of the cross holder cannot be loose or missing.
2. Do not place any foreign objects in the machine as this may cause unnecessary damage.
3. Should machine blockage occur, it is important to disconnect the machine from its power supply, only then is the front cover to be
removed in order to remove orange peels.
4. Never try to remove blockages while the machine is operating. This could lead to serious injury.
5. Due to the fact that the peel removers and the knife are important functional parts of the machine, ensure that these parts are mounted
carefully and correctly.
