IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
WARNING: To reduce risk of injury and property damage, you must read this entire guide
before assembling and operating this air fryer. Always follow basic safety
precautions when using the air fryer.
Key Safety Points
Do NOT tou hot surfaces. After use, the fry
basket and outer basket may be hot.
Use the handle.
Only press the release button with the baskets
resting flat on a counter (or any level, heat-
resistant surface).
The handle is attaed to the fry basket, not
the outer basket. When you press the release
button, the outer basket will drop.
Do NOT blo any ventilation openings. Hot
steam is released through the air outlets. Keep
your hands and face clear of all openings.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
General Safety
Please read all instructions before using. When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Do NOT immerse the air fryer plug or housing in water or other liquid. This will create a
risk of electrical sho.
Closely supervise ildren near the air fryer.
Turn off, unplug, and allow the air fryer to cool before cleaning, maintenance, moving,
and when not in use.
Do NOT clean with metal scouring pads. Metal fragments can break off the pad and tou
electrical parts, creating a risk of electric sho.
Do NOT use the air fryer if it is damaged or not working, or if the cord or plug is damaged.
Contact the nearest authorized service facility for examination or repair.
Do NOT use third-party replacement parts or accessories, as this may cause injuries
and/or damage.
Do NOT place the air fryer on a stove, near gas or electric burners, or in a heated oven.
Do NOT place anything on top of the air fryer, thus bloing the air intake.
Do NOT store anything inside the air fryer.
The air fryer is designed for household use and may not be safe for commercial use.
Only use the air fryer as directed in this manual.
Operation Safety
Do NOT use outdoors.
For household use only. Not for commercial use.
The air fryer works with hot air only and is not for deep frying. Never fill baskets with oil
or fat, as this may cause a fire hazard.
Never use without the baskets in place.
Use extreme caution when removing the baskets (or moving the air fryer), as the baskets
may contain hot grease or other hot liquids. Use caution when disposing of hot grease or
other hot liquids.
Use caution when touing the heating elements after use, as residual heat may be
present.
Do NOT place oversized foods or metal utensils into the air fryer.
Do NOT place paper, cardboard, non-heat resistant plastic, or similar materials into the air
fryer. You may use parment paper or foil.
Never put baking or parment paper into the air fryer without food on top. Air
circulation can cause the parment paper to lift and tou the heating coils.
Always place the ingredients to be fried in the fry basket to prevent it from coming into
contact with the heating elements.
Keep the air fryer away from flammable materials (curtains, tablecloth, etc).
Use on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from heat sources or liquids.
Immediately unplug the air fryer if you see dark smoke coming out. This indicates that
food is burning. Wait for the smoke to clear before pulling the baskets out.
Do NOT leave the air fryer unattended while in use.
5
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Plug and Cord Safety
Always turn the timer knob to the Off position before removing the power cord from the
wall outlet.
Do NOT alter the power cord in any way. The power cord has a polarized plug (one prong
is wider than the other), whi fits into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, do NOT use the plug in that
outlet.
Do NOT use an extension cord if the marked electrical rating of the cord is less than that
of the appliance.
Do NOT let the power cord (or any extension cord) hang over the edge of a table or
counter, or allow it to tou hot surfaces.
Never connect the air fryer to an external timer swit or separate remote-control system.
This could create a risk of a hazardous situation.
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
If an extension cord is used:
The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as
electrical rating of the appliance.
The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter or
table top where it could be pulled on by ildren or tripped over unintentionally.
If the appliance is of the grounded type, the cord set or extension cord should be a
grounding-type 3-wire cord.

USING THE AIR FRYER
Before First Use
Before using the air fryer for the first time:
1. Remove all paaging from the air fryer, including any temporary labels and stiers.
2. Wash the fry basket and outer basket with warm, soapy water. Wipe the inside and
outside of the fryer with a clean, moist cloth. (See “Cleaning and Storage” on page 10
for details.) Dry with a towel. Slide the baskets into the air fryer until the baskets cli
into place.
3. It is recommended before first use to heat the air fryer at 400 °F (204 °C) for 10 minutes
with the baskets inserted and empty. (See “Preheating” on page 8 for instructions.)
NOTE: There may be a small amount of white smoke or unpleasant odor. This is normal.
Preparing for Use
1. Make sure the air fryer and the baskets are clean
and dry. (See “Cleaning and Storage” on page 10
for details.)
2. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant
surface, away from areas that can be damaged by
steam (su as walls or cupboards).
3. Leave 5 in. (13 cm) of space behind and above the
air fryer. Leave enough room to remove the baskets.
8
Preheating
We recommend preheating the air fryer 3–5 minutes before placing food into the fry basket.
Food may not cook thoroughly without preheating. To preheat:
1. Place the fry basket (3) into the outer basket (6) and slide the baskets into the cooking
unit until they cli into place.
NOTE: The air fryer will not work unless the baskets are inserted properly.
3
6
2. Plug the power cord into a 120 V, dedicated outlet.
NOTE: If there is any extra power cord, wrap it around the power cord organizer to
reduce the risk of tripping or entanglement.
3. Turn the Temp knob to 400 °F (204 °C).
4. Turn the Timer knob to between 3 and 5 minutes.
The air fryer starts to preheat. The timer will “ding” once preheating is complete.
9
Air Frying
CAUTION: Do NOT use the outer basket without the fry basket inserted.
CAUTION: Do NOT tou hot surfaces.
CAUTION: Do NOT press the release button while carrying the baskets. The outer basket will
drop. Handle the baskets with care.
CAUTION: Wat for hot oil or fat collected in the outer basket during cooking.
1. Once the air fryer has preheated, carefully remove the baskets using the basket handle. If
you feel resistance, hold the top of the unit with one hand and gently pull the baskets out
with the other hand.
2. Place the food to be cooked in the fry basket. (See “Cooking Guide” on page 10 for tips.)
3. Turn the Temp knob to the desired cooking temperature.
4. Turn the Timer knob to the desired cooking time.
5. Slide the baskets ba into the cooking unit until you hear a “cli”.
NOTE: The air fryer will not work unless the baskets are inserted properly.
The air fryer starts the cooking process.
6. It is recommended to shake the basket contents
halfway through the set cooking time.
a. Take the baskets out of the air fryer, being careful
of hot steam. The air fryer pauses the cooking
cycle when the baskets are removed.
b. Carefully shake or flip the food. (See “Shaking
Food” below for details.) Be careful not to press
the release button on the baskets.
7. Put the baskets ba into the air fryer to continue
cooking. When the unit “dings”, cooking time is
complete.
8. Unplug the air fryer.
9. Take the baskets out of the air fryer, being careful of
hot steam.
10. Place the baskets on a stable, level, heat-resistant
surface.
11. Press the release button to separate the fry basket
from the outer basket.
12. Carefully remove the cooked food.
Shaking Food
Shake the food in the fry basket halfway through cooking.
Avoid shaking longer than 30 seconds, as the air fryer may start to cool down.
Without shaking, foods may not be crispy or evenly cooked.
Small foods that are staed will usually need shaking, su as fries or nuggets.
You can flip other foods, su as steak, to ensure even browning.
10
Cooking Guide
Overlling
If the basket is overfilled, food will cook unevenly.
Using Oil
Adding a small amount of oil to your food will make it crispier. Use no more than
2tablespoons of oil.
Oil sprays are excellent for applying small amounts of oil evenly to all food items.
French Fries
Add ½ to 1 tablespoon oil for crispiness.
When making fries from raw potatoes, soak uncooked fries in water for 15 minutes to
remove star prior to frying. Pat dry with a towel before adding oil.
Cut uncooked fries smaller for crispier results.
Try cutting into 1/4 in. x 3 in. (0.6 cm x 7.6 cm) strips.
Food Tips
Foods that are smaller in size usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger
size foods.
Large quantities of food may require a slightly longer cooking time than smaller
quantities.
You can air fry any frozen foods or goods that can be baked in an oven.
To make cakes, hand pies, or any food with filling or batter, place food in a heat-safe
container before placing in the fry basket.
Air frying high-fat foods will cause fat to drip to the bottom of the baskets. To avoid
excess smoke while cooking, pour out fat drippings after cooking.
Liquid-marinated foods create splatter and excess smoke. Pat these foods dry before
airfrying.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Always clean the air fryer after every use to prevent oil build up and burning. Store the air
fryer when not in use.
Cleaning
1. Unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe the outside of the air fryer with a soft, moist cloth. Make sure the cloth is not too
wet so that water does not enter the air fryer.
3. Wash the fry basket and outer basket with hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
Soak if necessary.
NOTE: The fry basket and outer basket have a non-sti coating. Avoid metal utensils and
abrasive cleaning materials.
NOTE: The outer basket is NOT dishwasher safe. The fry basket IS diswasher safe.
NOTE: Press handle release button (9) to deta fry basket for easier cleaning.
4. Clean the inside of the air fryer (including the heating coil) with a slightly moist, non-
abrasive sponge or cloth. Do NOT immerse in water.
5. Dry before using. Make sure the heating coil is dry before turning on the air fryer.
11
Storage
To store the air fryer:
1. Unplug the air fryer and allow the air fryer to cool completely.
2. Make sure all parts are clean and dry. Never store the air fryer while it is hot or wet.
3. Wrap the power cord around the power cord organizer.
4. Store the air fryer in its box or in a clean, dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Probable Cause
The air fryer will not turn
on or will not heat up.
Make sure the air fryer is plugged in. Try a different outlet.
Push the baskets securely into the air fryer.
The air fryer turned off on
its own during cooking.
Make sure the baskets are pushed securely into the air fryer.
As a safety feature, the air fryer comes with overheat
protection. If the air fryer overheats, it will automatically shut
down. Allow the air fryer to cool down before using it again.
Foods are not completely
cooked.
Place smaller bates of ingredients into the fry basket. If the
basket is overfilled, then ingredients will be undercooked.
Increase cooking temperature or time.
Foods are cooked unevenly. Ingredients that are staed on top of ea other or close to
ea other need to be shaken during cooking (see “Shaking
Food” on page 9).
Foods are not crispy after
air frying.
Spraying or brushing a small amount of oil on foods can
increase crispiness (see “Cooking Guide” on page 10).
Fren fries are not fried
correctly.
See “Fren Fries” on page 10.
Baskets will not slide into
the air fryer securely.
Make sure the basket is not overfilled with food.
Make sure the fry basket is securely inside the outer basket.
White smoke is coming out
of the air fryer.
The air fryer may produce some white smoke when you use it
for the first time. This is normal.
Make sure the baskets are cleaned properly and not greasy.
Frying greasy foods will cause oil or fat to leak into the outer
basket. This oil will produce white smoke, and the baskets
may be hotter than usual. This is normal and should not affect
cooking. Handle the baskets with care.
Dark smoke is coming out
of the air fryer.
Immediately unplug the air fryer. Food is burning. Wait for the
smoke to clear before removing the baskets.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
