BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR INSTALLATION
Read through the instruction guide before getting started with the installation. Professional installation is recommended for
this product.

In-line Damp proof and Water-resistant Fuse Holder

40A ATO Blade Fuse x 2 (One Pre-installed in the Holder)
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure your battery ground is detached before getting your installation started.
Employ equipment for eye protection during drilling operations.
The specific voltage requirement for this relay is 12 volt DC, therefore installation must be done to a DC power source
of 12 volts.
AIR COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION (FOR REFERENCE ONLY)
Red wire (positive) of the compressor is connected to PIN 87 on the relay. IMPORTANT: Make sure to use
wire that is as heavy as the wire of the compressor
Black wire (negative) of the compressor and PIN 85 of the relay are connected to ground.
Connect PIN 86 to one of the terminal of the pressure switch. Attach the remaining terminal of the pressure
switch to a power source in the vehicle that only gets power when the vehicle’s ignition is on. Recommended
connection points are: windshield wiper motor, blower motor or an accessory terminal on the fuse panel.
Make sure to use wire that is as heavy as the wire of the compressor.
Connect PIN 30 to a constant power source using the fuse.
PIN 87a is connected internally to PIN 30 when the coil is not powered.
