Installation Instructions for RPC5-9CONTR controller replacement
For cabinets shipped before April 2008 (check data plate on rear of cabinet for date of
manufacture):
When installing the RPC5-CONTR controller, apply clear silicone to the back sides of the
bezel and bezel frame as shown (sides facing the cabinet). Wipe off excess silicone after
assembly.
For all replacement controllers:
YOU MUST REPLACE BOTH THE BOARD AND THE SENSOR LEADS. BOTH ITEMS
ARE INCLUDED IN THE RPC5-CONTR, REPLACEMENT CONTROLLER KIT.
Before board removal, note the wire and sensor connection locations. Mark if necessary.
After mounting the new board, install all wire and sensor leads at the correct locations. If
needed, refer to the C5 9 Series User’s manual, page 17 for the wiring diagram.
