Turn the shaft length adjustment knob in
the direction shown by the arrow. Turn it till
the tip of the shaft reaches to the end of the
base plate of the BACKSTOP .

Turn the spring tension adjustment knob
in the direction shown by the arrow until it
stops turning, while holding the shaft length
adjustment knob in the place.

Tune the guitar. Make sure that the tremolo
bridge is set parallel to the surface of the
guitar.

Turn the shaft length adjustment knob in the
direction shown by the arrow until it touches the
tremolo block, while keeping the spring tension
adjustment knob in the place.

By using a screwdriver, turn the tremolo spring
adjustment screw several times clockwise. (To
get maximum tuning stability, even if breaking a
string, completely loosen the string that you
normally break. After the tremolo spring
adjustment, retune the remaining strings to
pitch.)

Adjust the spring tension adjustment knob
while holding the shaft length adjustment knob
in the place to achieve the adequate spring
tension from the BACKSTOP.
