at the factory and packed in a special carton for safe

transport.

Notify the freight carrier immediately if you observe any

Band change over is performed through the cyclic me-

thod with the band button.

NOTE:Iftherearpanelfrequencyselectorswitchisset

   -IfA/PSbuttonispressedagingduringpresetme-

mory scan operation, it stop preset memory scan

operationandmaintainthecurrentfrequency.

2) Auto store memory function descriptions

During SEEK UP operation with station detection, if

any station is detected, then this detected station is

automatically stored to the corresponding preset me-

moryareainregularfrequency.

   – Current receiving frequency is preset memory:

   – Currentreceivingfrequencyisnotpresetmemory

:FromM1toM6.

– During auto store memory, output signals are mu-

tedandflashingchannelnumber(1Hz1/2duty)till

finished this function.

   – Whenthisoperationisfinished,itperformspreset

memory scan operation for one time.

4. STEREO/MONO BUTTON

this indicators light up.

12. SIGNAL STRENGTH INDICATOR

 Thisisforsignalstrengthindicator.

13. LEVEL VOLUME CONTROL

 Volumecontrolfortuneradjustyouneed.

14. POWER SWITCH

Pressing this switch the upper position, the power supply

tothisunitwithoutindicationontheLCD.Then,pressing

one of a tuner function buttons, it displays operation sta-

tuswhichwasoperatedjustbefore„poweroff“.

6. SCAN/UP BUTTON

 WhenSCAN/UPbuttonispressed,thefrequencyisscan

upbyone channelstep withstation detection.Ifa va-

lidsignalhasdetected,thecurrentfrequencyisblinked

each500msec.within5seconds.

 If this case, SCAN/UP button is pressed, SCAN func-

tionisreleasedandthecurrentfrequencyinmaintained.

WhenSCAN/UPbuttonisnotpressedwithinblinkingthe

frequencymovesupbyonechannelstepwithstationde-

tection.

7. SEEK/UP BUTTON

 WhenanyofSEEK/UPbuttonis pressed,thefrquency

moves up by one channel step with station detection. At

this time, if a valid signal has detected, maintain the cur-

rentfrequency.Ifnot,performsseekoperationcontinuo-

usly.

8. TUNE“+“ BUTTON

 • WheneverTUNE“+“buttonispressed,thefrequency

moves up by one channel step.

 • IfTUNE“+“buttonispressedformorethan0.5 se-

cond , it performs fast tune up operation continuous-

ly.

9. TUNE“-“ BUTTON

 • WheneverTUNE“-“buttonispressed,thefrequency

moves down by one channel step.

 • If TUNE“-“ button is pressed for morethan 0.5 se-

cond, it performs fast tune down operation continuo-

usly.

tory to prevent a slow discharge until the unit will be in-

stalled.Toactivatethebackupbattery,placetheswitch

 The electric wave of FM broadcasting is weakening in

valleys, around buildings and in iron-reinforced buildings

because if its own nature.

  Connectthe75ohmcoaxialcableoftheantennatothe

terminalof75ohm.Listeningtothebroadcasting,fixit

after deciding the location and the direction so that the

receipt condition may be optimum.

You may have noise at the crowded downtown, city

streets and factory sites as well as around power ca-

bles,eveninthecaseofusinganantennaexclusively

forFM.Intheseregions,installitthroughconnection

withacoaxialcableof75ohm.

 •FMIndoorantenna

  IntheregionswhereFMbroadcastingisheardcompa-

ratively well due to good signal strength. You can re-

ceivebroadcastingofgoodqualitybyusingT-typean-

tenna at the best place for reception after connecting it

withaterminalof75ohm.

ble to give the best reception. Keep away from power

cables and fluorescent lights.

 •AMoutdoorantenna

  Installthevinyl-coatedcableoutdoorsifindoorrecep-

tion is poor.

 •Earthingcable(GND)

Broadcasting may be heard well without earth connec-

tion. But connect the earthing cable to earth for safety

and reduction of noise.

rät von Stromkabeln und fluoreszierendem Licht fern.

  Installieren Sie das Vinyl beschichtete Außenkabel

wennderInnenempfangschlechtist.

 •Erdung

Der Empfang ist unter Umständen auch ohne Erdung
