1. Technical description.
The power adapter for firefighter's microphone and the EN54-2A17 power supply unit are both designed to supply
the PVA-15CST call station of the PAVIRO by BOSCH.
This device should be used when the call station is installed at a considerable distance from the VAS power
supply system, which may cause excessive voltage drops on power lines.
The adapter allows the EN54-2A17 power supply to be connected to the MIC output used for connecting the call station.
This power is supplied to the 1 (+ 24V) and 2 (GND) RJ45 connectors. The adapter should be mounted in the designated
area of the power supply unit.
