Read all instructions before using this elliptical. When using an electrical product, basic precautions

If you experience any kind of pain, including, but not limited to chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or
shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
Maintain a comfortable pace. Do not sprint above 80 rpms on this machine.
Tomaintain balance, it is recommended to keep a grip on the handlebars while exercising, mounting or
dismounting the machine.
Do not wear clothes that might catch on any part of the elliptical
Do not turn pedal arms by hand.
Make sure handlebars are secure before each use.
Do not insert or drop any object into any opening.
Unplug elliptical before moving or cleaning it. Toclean, wipe surfaces down with soap and slightly damp

Thiselliptical should not be used bypersons weighing more than 300 pounds. Failure to comply will void
the warranty.
Thiselliptical is intended for m-home use only. Donot use this elliptical in any commercial, rental, school
or institutional setting. Failure to comply will void the warranty.
Donot useelliptical m any location that is not temperature controlled, such as but not limited togarages,
porches, pool rooms, bathrooms, car ports or outdoors. Failure to comply may void the warranty.
Usethe efliptical only as described in this manual
Keep the topside of the foot support clean and dry.
Care should be taken when mounting or dismounting the equipment. Before mounting or dismounting,
bring the efliptical to 0% incline and move the pedal on the mounting or dismounting side to its lowest
position and bring the machine to a complete stop.
Disconnect all power before servicing the equipment.
At NO time Should pets or Children under the age of !2 be closer to the elliptical than I 0 feet. ]

Thereare severalareasduring the assemblyprocessof an elfiptical that special attention must bepaid.
It is veryimportant to follow the assemblyinstructions correctlyand to make sure aft parts are firmly
tightened. If theassemblyinstructionsarenotfollowedcorrectly,the elliptical couldhave frameparts that
arenot tightenedand ,viiiseemlooseand maycauseirritating noises. Topreventdamageto theelliptical,
theassemblyinstructions must bereviewedand correctiveactions shouldbetaken.

basic information for using and enjoying your new machine.
LOCATIONOFTHEELLIPTICAL
Place the elliptical on a level surface. Thereshould be 6 feet of clearance
behind the elliptical, 3 feet on each side and one foot in front for the power
cord (See diagram to the right). Do not place the efliptical in any area that
will block any vent or air openings. The elliptical should not be located in a
garage, covered patio, near water or outdoors.

Yourprogrammableelliptical is poweredbya powersupply.Thepowermust bepluggedinto the powerjack,
whichis locatedin the front of themachinenearthe STABILIZERTUBE.Makesurethe powerswitch located
nextto thepowerjack is in the ONposition.
INCLINEOPERATION
If thestop button is pressedtopausethe program,the incline motor will remainat its currentheight. To
return the incline to 0% pressstart andchangethe incline to0% beforedismountingorhold thestop button
for 3 secondsto resetthe consoleand theincline will return to 0%.

Yourelliptical offersa varietyof footpositions.Movingyourfoot tothe forwardmostpositionof thefootpad
increasesyourstepheight, whichwill createa feelsimilar to a stepmachine.Placingyour foottowardthe back
of thefoot pad decreasesyour stepheight andcreatesmoreofa gliding feel, similar toa smoothwalkorrun.
Yourelliptical alsoallowsyoutopedal both forwardand backwardstooffer a variationtoyour workoutandto
focusonothermajor leg musclegroupssuchasyourhamstrings and calves.

I) Turnon Elliptical (Switch is located at the bottom-front of the ellipticaL)
2) Press STARTbutton and begin exercising.
3) Program will automatically default to MANUAL(PD, the time will count up from 0:00, the resistance will
default to level 1 and the incline will default to 0%.
4) Theresistance level and incline level can be adjusted during the workout.
I) UsetheARROWKEYStoscroll throughprograms.
2) PressENTERto selecta program.
3) UsetheARROWKEYStoset TIME,LEVEL,INCLINEand WEIGHT.
4) PressENTERto selecteachprogramsetting.
5) Pressthe STARTorENTERbutton to beginprogram.
PULSEGRIPS
Place the palm of your hands directly on the grip pulse handlebars. Both hands must grip the bars for your heart
rate to register. It takes 5 consecutive heart beats (15-20 seconds) foryour heart rate to register. Whengripping
the pulse handlebars, do not grip tightly. Holding the grips tightly may elevateyour blood pressure. I{eep a loose,
cupping hold. Youmay experiencean erratic readout if consistently holding the grip pulse handlebars. Make sure
to clean the pulse sensors to ensure proper contact can be maintained.
