Lucidity Lights, Inc. provides this limited warranty to the
original purchaser for the lifetime of the product that, if used
as directed, Brilli lighting products will operate free from
defects in material or workmanship for 50,000 hours
(5.7 years based on 24 hours per day use).

The recessed housing must have a minimum measured inside diameter (opening) of 5”
and a minimum clearance height of 2.96”. (Page 6, Figure A)
WARNING – To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of
sheet metal or other sharp objects.
Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components
during kit installation.

2. Prepare the Brilli Downlight:
1. Prepare the installation location:
A. Remove the contents from the
packaging and ensure that all
materials are enclosed.
B. WARNING: Turn the power OFF at
the power source/circuit breaker
before proceeding.
A. If installing into a 6” housing, please continue.
D. If the existing housing is set at the
lowest socket height adjustment,
loosen the wing nut, slide the socket
to its highest position in the housing
and re-tighten the adjusted wing nut.

B. Remove the existing xture to
reveal the existing socket by
pulling the trim ring down away
from the housing.
Note: Most standard recessed downlight
housings will use 6” retainer springs. If installing
into a 5” housing, loosen the screws on the
retainer springs. Using the same screws, install
the retainer springs to the higher 5” setting.

C. Pinch both retainer springs together
to remove them from the spring
slots or C-clips inside the housing to
fully remove the existing xture.
Note: For rst time installation, electrician assistance is recommended.

3. Install the Brilli Downlight:
A. Screw the bulb base socket adaptor
into the socket.
C. Pinch the retainer springs of the Brilli Downlight
together and insert the retainer spring hooks into
the spring slots or C-clips of the existing housing.
4. Test your Brilli Downlight:

B. Plug the Brilli Downlight into the bulb
base socket adaptor.
Brilli Downlight RT5/6 is using Wire
Connectors (XIAMEN GHGM INDUSTRIAL
TRADE CO LTD, MODEL K0039).
D. Carefully tuck all wires into
the housing and push the Brilli
Downlight into the housing
until it is ush with the ceiling.
A. Turn ON the main power
source/circuit breaker.
B. Once the light is on, test with your dimmer.

How to Use
Our fully adjustable color temperature, spectrum and brightness levels
provide the perfect light throughout the day and night to optimize and
maintain your healthy circadian sleep-wake cycle. And it’s all at your
control with the ease of a standard dimmer.
Dimmer at highest setting: 5000K
Cool, bright light to boost energy and improve focus.
Recommended time of use: When you wake up to late afternoon/early
evening.
Adjust to medium setting: 2700K
Warm, blue-reduced light to relax and better prepare for sleep.
Recommended time of use: Late afternoon/early evening until bedtime.
Dim further to lowest setting: 2200K
Dims down smoothly into deeply restful relight.
Recommended time of use: Right before you go to sleep is best.
Also great for setting the mood when relaxing.
