USE: Soak wood chips for 30 minutes prior to use. This helps
the wood chips to smoke longer. Drain wood chips and place
in the smoker box. Fill reservoir with water, beer, wine, juice,
stock or any other liquid. Place smoker box under the grill
grate, directly between flame deflector bars. Light grill and
cook food as usual.
As wood chips heat, smoke will be release, flavoring food
with rich smokey flavor. Replace wood chips and liquid as
neccessary throughout the cooking process. Wood chips sold
separately.
CARE: Dishwasher safe. Clean as you would any stainless
steel product and dry well after each use.
