INTRODUCTION: It has beenbrought to our attentionthat Garminwill nolonger manufacturethe IntegratedAvion-

ics Unit GIA 63(W). However Garmin has stated that they will support/repair these units if re-

quired. Garmin's replacement for the GIA63(W) is the GIA 64(W) and it is not plug-n-play com-

patible with Mooney's Legacy G1000 Integrated Avionics System.
