Cover Page Graphic
Place the graphic directly on the page, do not care about
putting it in the text flow. Select Graphics > Properties
and make the following settings:
Width: 15,4 cm (Important!)
Height: 11,2 cm (May be smaller)

alarmed (option).

Wake-up calls
You can order a wake-up call at the reception or you can program it
on your own guest telephone. The execution of the wake-up call
will be possible for every 5 minutes interval, (e.g. 0700, 0705,
0710, ... 0755).
To order

z Dial the desired wake-up time
(hours and minutes in 24-hour-mode)
Example:
8.10 a.m. (morning) = 0810
8.45 p.m. (evening) = 2045

The lamp of the key is on and you hear your confirmation with the
actual wake-up time.
To cancel

The lamp of the key extinguishes. The wake-up call is cancelled.

Message waiting
If someone has left a message for you, the lamp of the message
key flashes. If the mailbox contains heard messages only, the lamp
shows steady light instead.
Press
You will be connected to the person who has left the message or
you will receive a voice-message.
Do not disturb
If you do not wish to be disturbed by calls to your room, you can
block your telephone for incoming calls. Calls will be diverted to
your Mailbox or to the Receptionist.

The lamp of the key is on. Incoming calls are routed to the operator.
To cancel
Press
The lamp of the key extinguishes.
