Choice 60mm or 70mm(2 3/8’’ or 2 3/4’’) backset
and according to Installation Template to mark the
holes on door face.
(Installation Templates provided)
New Door Preparation

1) Insert Dead Bolt in the hole and keep it parallel
to door face. Mark outline of the plate and remove.
2) Chisel 3mm(1/8”) deep until the face
palte is fill with door edge.
3) Chisel 3mm(1/8”) deep until the face
palte is fill with door frame. And chisel
about 12mm(1/2’’) deep for bolt.

Dirlling 58mm(2 7/25’’) hole on the door face and 26mm(1
1/40’’) hole in the door edge for Dead Bolt. And two
7mm(5/18’’) fixed screws holes.

Note 1: Make sure you install new Dead Bolt Plate on the door frame and cut hole appropriately. It maybe necessary to enlarge existing hole.
Note 2: Make sure the Outside panel on the door face and cut hole appropriately and bottom brace screw need through the Dead latch hole.
Installation
Thumb Turn
Step 1
Insert Dead Bolt in door is shown
in diagram. Make sure the arrow
pointing up.

Install
Mounting Plate
with Rubber Mat and route wire
through left hole.
Recommend: Install two screws on the
Mounting Plate
to fix the position. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
Connect wire from the Outside panel to
Inside panel. The thumb turn in the
Inside panel needs to touch the spring
contacts and in vertical status.
Install the
Lock spindle
through the Dead
Bolt and make sure the
Lock spindle
plugs in the Outside panel. And the
thumb turn in the Outside panel must be
keep in unlock status

Door frame
Install Outside panel with Rubber Mat on
door, routing the wire ABOVE the Dead
Bolt.
Remove two screws which have been installed on the
Mounting Plate and fasten Inside panel on the Mounting
Plate. Turn the knob to make sure that you can push the
Dead Bolt.
Then tighten all the screws on the lock, install alkaline
batteries and the battery cover.

Dead Bolt Backset
1) The backset is at the 60mm(2 3/8’’) position,
when the product is shipped from the factory.
Insert a flat screwdriver into driving board hole,
turn driving board to let the Dead Bolt head draws in.
2)Pull regulator pin up, firmly hold driving board
and driving spring and pull right untill the 70mm
(2 3/4’’) screw hole coincides with driving board
hole.
3)The backset is in 70mm (2 3/4”) position

Company’s products for one (1) year from the date of purchase to be free of
structural and mechanical defects due to faulty materials or workmanship
under normal use and service.

otherwise permitted by law. If this Product is considered a consumer product,

All defective products must notify the Company’s International Support
Department, The International Support Department will decide to either have
the product returned for repair or replacement. The defective product must be
returned to the Company within thirty (30) days of failure and with a
description of the failure and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
supplied by the Company. To receive a RMA number and obtain assistance on
where to deliver the hardware, please E-Mail at: [email protected]. Any
product returned with out RMA will be refused. During the warranty period,
the Company agrees to repair or replace, at its sole option, without charge to
Original Purchaser, any defective component part of the hardware. To obtain
service, Original Purchaser must return the hardware to the Company in
original product packaging or in an adequate container for shipping. The
postage, shipping, and insurance charges incurred in shipping to the Company
will be paid by Original Purchaser, and all risk for the hardware shall remain
with the Original Purchaser until such time as Company takes receipt of the
hardware. Upon receipt, the Company will promptly repair or replace the
defective unit, and then return said unit to Original Purchaser, postage and
shipping prepaid. The Company may use reconditioned or like-new parts or
units, at its sole option, when repairing any hardware. Repaired products shall
carry the same amount of outstanding warranty as from original purchase, or
ninety (90) days, whichever is greater. Any claim under the warranty must
include dated proof of purchase or invoice. In any event, the Company's
liability for defective hardware is limited to repairing or replacing the
hardware.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
The following costs expenses and damages are not covered by the provisions of this
limited warranty:
(1) Shipping and freight expenses required to return the Company.
(2) Failures, defects, or damage (including, but not limited to, any security failure or
loss of data) caused by any third party product, service, or system connected or
used in conjunction with the Product.
(3) Any other incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages, whether based on
contract warranty, tort (including, but on limited to, strict liability or negligence)
patent infringement, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages.
(4) The Product use for purposes for which they are not designed or intended.
(5) The Product which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence
or accident.
(6) The product has been improperly stored, installed, maintained or operated.
(7) The product has been used in violation of written instructions provided by the
Company.
(8) The product has been subjected to improper temperature, humidity or other
environmental conditions or which, based on the Company’s examination, do not
disclose to the Company’s satisfaction non-conformance to the warranty.
Additionally, this warranty DOES NOT COVER scratches abrasions or deterioration
due to the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals.
