Remove the dust tray and tubes from the
main body of the sweeper (Pull tubes out
of the lower handle).
1x Phillips Screw Driver
Remove the visor.
Once all the screws are removed, lift the
bottom housing off the sweeper.
Remove the battery. Open the battery
compartment and disconnect the
terminals by pinching the connectors.
Remove 11 screws from the bottom of the
sweeper. (Two are hidden under the rear
wheels; these can be prised out using a
at–headed screwdriver).
This will free the lower handle assembly.

Simply place the new lower lower handle
assembly (knuckle joint rst) in the section
at the back of the sweeper.
Replace all 11 screws, making sure all the
sides are level are sealed – you can check
this by looking at the charger port and
making sure this is also level.
Replace the battery, visor, dust tray and
tubes.
Turn the sweeper up the correct way,
and ensure that the lower handle can be
rotated 360º and click in and out of place.
Ensure that the wires connecting to the
battery are fed back through into the
battery compartment before sealing
the unit.
