Step 4: Tighten all bolts using the hex bolt driver and hex wrench provided. Tighten each bolt a few

revolutions at a time, alternating between bolt connections until all bolts are tihht. Do not

over tighten. Over tightening may strip bolts or damge the weldsthe welds or frame.

Step 5: With the help of another person, Your sofa is now ready for use. If you have any questions,

Step 1: Identify all parts packed in the carton against the parts list. Removw all protective materials.

If any parts are missing or damaged, call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-416-3511.

Do not attempt assembly if any parts are missing or damaged.

ASSEMBLY NOTE: The “Left” and “Right” legs are determined facing the sofa, not sitting

in the sofa.

Step 2:

With the help of another person, turn the seat frame in the upright position. Attach back frame

to seat using 5/16“x35 mm bolts and washers as shown in Fig. 1. Guide bolts through holes

in the seat frame, intopre-drilled holes in the back fram. Hand tighten only.

Step 3: Carefully note assembly procedure for chair right leg. Assembly of chair rightleg to seat and

back frame requires use of a 5/16” x 20mm bolts and 1/4” x 25mm bolts and 1/4” x 35 mm

bolts and (thre total). First, position right leg in seat frae, using a 1/4” x 25mm bolt and

1/4” x 35 mm bolt asshown in Fig. 2A. Add a washer to the end of the 1/4” x 25 mm bolt.

Guide these bolts through holes in right leg, into pre-drilled hole in the seat frame. Hand

tighten only. Finally position right leg in back frame, using a 5/16” x 20 mm bolts (H) and

washer as shown in Fig. 2B. Guide bolt through hole in seat frame, into pre-drilled hole in

the right leg. Hand tighten only. Repeat entire procedure (Fig. 2A & Fig. 2B) for left leg.
