CONNECTION TO THE CIRCUIT
1) Before connecting the valves to the
circuit check:
•Pipelinesareclean.Internalgasket
andseatofthevalveareparticular
sensitive to dirt, dust, etc.
•Thearrowonthevalvebody
correspondstotheowdirection
(seetablebelow).
2)Thevalvecanbemountedinany
positionpermittingeasyaccess
and regulation.
3)Ifthepressureregulatorhasthe
accesstting,theinternalvalvemust
bemountedonlyafterthebrazingof
theconnectionstoavoidany
damageoftheseat.
4)Duringthebrazingprocess,itis
necessarytoprotectthevalve.
Coveritwithawetclothand
holdtheameawayfromthebody.
5)Inertgasusedforbrazingorleakage
detectionmustbeusedatpressure
lowerthanPSand,inanycase,
blowninthesystemverycarefullyto
avoiddamagingthebellow.

 conexióndeacceso,laválvula
 internasedebeensamblarsólo
 despuésdesoldarconbroncelas
 conexionesparaevitarposibles
 dañosenlabase.
4) Duranteelprocesodesoldaduracon
 bronceesnecesarioprotegerla
 válvulacubriéndolaconuntrapo
 mojadoymantenerlallamaalejada
 delcuerpodelaválvula.
5) Elgasinerteusadoparalasoldadura
 conbronceoladetecciónde
 ltracionessedebeutilizarauna
 presiónmenorquelaPSy,en
 cualquiercaso,debeserinsuadoen
 elsistemamuycuidadosamentepara
 evitarposiblesdañosenelfuelle.
