A: The material is plastic with chrome plating.

Q: Does this product come with any anti-siphon device?

A: This product doesn’t have any anti-siphon device such as a check valve or vacuum breaker, please visit the

local hardware store to purchase if you have the specific needs.

Q: Where is the flow control device located?

A: The flow control device is installed inside the hand shower.

Q: I have an existing shower bracket/ sliding bar, can I put the hand shower on it without remove the old

shower bracket/sliding bar?

A: The hand shower comes with a universal shower hose which can fit any type of shower bracket/sliding bar.
