Congratulations, you have purchased the ﬁ nest air ﬁ lter that money can buy. With proper care, this

ﬁ lter will last 1 million miles or more. This ﬁ lter can be used in a stock machine, with no modiﬁ cations

required. If any engine modiﬁ cations have been made tuning/jetting adjustments may be required.

There are special installation instructions, so please follow the procedures outlined below to ensure

the K&N

air ﬁ lter seals properly.

1. Remove the stock air ﬁ lter and stock gasket.

2. Install the stock air ﬁ lter bracket and screws onto the K&N

air ﬁ lter.

3. Install the provided gasket onto the K&N

air ﬁ lter.

4. Reinstall the stock breather hoses in the top two holes of the K&N

air ﬁ lter.

5. Install the K&N

air ﬁ lter into the air box.

6. Tighten the stock screws.

7. Reinstall the stock air cleaner cover.
