RELEASE NOTES
DLM Configuration App 1.1.5
Decommissioning Window
Added a progress window that shows the current status when decommissioning a network.
Improved Device Proxy Selection
New enhancements have been developed and introduced when establishing proxy connections with DLM
wireless devices and the DLM Configuration App. To improve upon the reliability and robustness when
pairing room networks, these enhancements ensure proper proxy connections are created between devices
within that room only instead of trying to connect to devices in other rooms.
Improved Diagnostic Tests
Bluetooth and 6Low connection tests (diagnostics) have been updated for better accuracy.
NEW FEATURES
LMCS Networks
Sometimes when using the DLM Configuration App to adjust properties for networks that were created
using LMCS, the network name would change. This has been fixed so that the network name remains as it
was configured in LMCS.
Scenes Not Appearing
An issue was found where scenes would not be displayed after exiting and then re-entering a site. These
scenes will now show when going through this process.
Device Parameters
It was found that when viewing or changing device parameters that duplicates may appear. This has been
reviewed and fixed so that the duplicate values are not seen or populated.
Proxy Connections
An issue was found where wireless DLM devices may get into a cycle and would not route queued
commands correctly after creating a proxy connection through other devices. This could result in devices
not pairing together. This has been addressed so that the proper proxy connection is established for the
device to pair as desired.
Loads Not Appearing
Sometimes after clearing app data, loads would not appear as they should within their assigned rooms
when returning to and viewing a site. This has been fixed so that the loads will appear properly.
Miscellaneous
Various UI tweaks and bug fixes to address the above features and enhancements.
BUG FIXES
4
Device Pairing Reboot
LMCS will delay rebooting devices when they are being moved to a network. The devices will now reboot
after the discovery process is complete instead of before or during. This allows for LMCS to successfully
reattempt to move devices, if needed, without having to reset them.
Device Commissioning Tool
Battery powered devices will no longer be shown when using the commissioning tool. This is to encourage
the use of the Provisioned Network Process of discovering line-voltage devices, such as controllers and
bridges within a room, and then manually pairing the rest of the devices using Push to Pair (PtP). The
DLM Configuration App can also be used to tell a controller to enter PtP mode remotely if the controller is
difficult to reach. Battery powered devices can still be included in the tool, if desired, by enabling the Show
Tech Pages option in preferences.
Communication Transfer Enhancements
A second tab has been added to the Transfer Form when reading in or sending data to wireless
devices. This tab offers a user-friendly directed experience with abbreviated messages regarding the
communication between LMCS and the devices while transferring data. A new Retry option has also been
added to quickly retry sending or receiving events between LMCS and DLM wireless devices.
Hybrid Room PnG Switch Behavior
The load selector for wireless switches will now list available hybrid loads within the same room. When
selecting a wired load, a new custom scene will be created for the selected button event that will set the
button and load to default PnG behavior. For example, the scene buttons 1 through 4 on the LMSW-605 will
set the load to 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25%. These changes were created to allow quicker programming of a
wireless switch within a hybrid room.
BACnet Load Network Groups
The functionality to be able to use a wired DLM switch and talk across a wireless network has been
added. Through the use of the LMBCs you can now activate a wired network scene across a wireless
network. BACnet must be enabled on the LMBR-650 that the LMBC-650 belongs to in order to enable this
functionality.
Version Change Log
We have added in the ability to open the Version Change History the first time that LMCS has been loaded
and launched. This enables a quick view of the version history and the changes made in each version.
Wireless Scene Editor
The pop-up wireless scene editor that is shown when creating a new custom scene from the switch control
window is now resizable allowing for a user-friendly experience when working on different sized monitors.

LMCS 4.7.7.86 (continued)
Pulling Site Data
Changed the Get Latest button to download the latest version of the open DLM project from the cloud.
Load Operating Mode
An issue was found where LMCS was not correctly reading in wireless load operating mode parameters.
This has been updated so that these parameters are now read in correctly.
Firmware Update Optimization
The default OTA form now only scans the selected LMBR that is on the default network instead of the
whole site when scanning for wireless devices.
Updated Firmware
Updated the device firmware for hardware version 11 of the LMDC-100, LMDX-100, LMPC-100, and LMUC-
100 from 6.16 to 6.32.
Updated Tech Permissions
Technician accounts now correctly have site permissions applied to view technician level information in
LMCS.
Network Discovery Form
The network discovery form could open on the wrong display when using multiple monitors. This will now
open on the monitor that is running the LMCS session.
Power Feedback Fields
The Volts, Amps, Watts, and Power Totalizer fields for wireless DLM controllers are now set to read only.
Firmware Updating Form
The firmware updating form log now shows the correct address for wireless devices.
Sending and Reading Actions
It was found that LMCS could report back an incorrect failure status when sending out and reading in
actions to devices. Further checks have been developed and introduced so that these false reports will no
longer occur.

LMBR-650 Firmware 10.49
Device Pairing Flow
To support the Device Commissioning Tool mentioned in the LMCS features section, development was also
required on the LMBR-650 to enable and support this recommended process.
Firmware Version
The LMBR-650s current firmware version is now displayed when viewing it through http access e.g. when
entering in the IP address of the LMBR and browsing to it within a web browser.
NEW FEATURES
Scanned Data File
It was found that in certain cases where having multiple secured LMBR-650s on the same physical
network may cause an LMBR to clear its scan data file when trying to scan another LMBR. This has been
addressed so that the data file remains intact. This particular item would occur if you had one or more
LMBRs that are tied to different sites but exist on the same physical network.

Device Firmware 10.24
BUG FIXES
Manual Pairing
Sometimes when using the manual pairing option within the DLM Configuration App, devices would not
pair correctly. Device firmware has been updated to correct this behavior.
Device LEDs
Some inconsistencies were found with wireless device LEDs when using PtP. This has also been addressed
with firmware build 10.24.
Unauthorized User Access
Previously, unauthorized users were unable to use the Quick Pair features within the DLM Configuration
App. User access permissions have been revisited and fixed so that this feature is once again available.
Daylight Midpoint
A daylighting midpoint level has been added when calibrating the LMDL-600 which increases the accuracy
of the overall daylighting solution. Several enhancements to improve the battery life of the LMDL have also
been introduced.
OTA Firmware
Introduced further enhancements when updating firmware on wireless DLM devices. These enhancements
help with the overall speed and time required when using LMCS and the DLM Configuration App to update
firmware.
Mesh Network Improvements
Added improvements to mitigate the possibility of network PAN “poisoning” from occurring during the
commissioning process. This was done by developing and introducing new items for wireless DLM edge
devices each time they go to sleep.
Firmware 10.22
Firmware build 10.22 can be uploaded to all Wireless DLM devices.

THINGS TO KNOW
DLM Configuration App 1.1.5
Pairing Devices
The recommended flow for utilizing the DLM Configuration App is to use the Site Pair process for your devices and
secure them to your authorized account.
Decommissioning
When using the same devices repeatedly for demos or presentations such as with the DLM Wireless demo bags,
secured room networks must be decommissioned using the app after they have been created and before you can use
the same devices again to demo the creation of a new network.
Firmware Updates
If firmware updates start to fail frequently while using the DLM Configuration App, clear your app data and attempt
the updates again.
Provisioned Wireless Room Controllers
The DLM Configuration App can not be used to pair leaf devices to wireless RCs that have already been moved to a
network using LMCS.
10
THINGS TO KNOW
LMCS 4.7.7.86
Device Firmware
After installing LMCS 4.7.7, please download the latest device firmware of 10.24 from the cloud for updating DLM
Wireless device firmware.
After Hours in Versions Prior to 4.7.3
A bug was found on the After Hours tab of the LMRC editor window. The Level on Transition to After Hours option
was not properly set. To fix this issue, use LMCS 4.7.3 or newer and set that parameter to a valid value for each
LMRC in LMCS. After doing so, send the programming. This issue is not seen with files that are created in build 4.7.3
or newer.
BACnet Support in Version 4.7.4
In build 4.7.4 of LMCS, BACnet communication was affected and found to not properly send between wireless and
wired devices. This is addressed with build 4.7.5 or newer.
LMBC-650 Firmware Updates
Firmware updating wired devices through an LMBC-650 is currently not supported.
Send and Receive Retry
If the retry option does not properly send actions to each of the desired rooms, visit each room and select the send
button.
11
THINGS TO KNOW
Device Firmware 10.24
LMRC-611 PtP
Occasionally, an LMRC-611 may not make it back to the provisioned chan/pan after pairing and then re-entering PtP.
LMRC-611 Reboot
An LMRC may reboot when its local config button is pressed after it has been sitting idle for a length of time.
LMDL-600 Calibration
Depending on external factors (such as environment, fixture location, and dimming curve of the load), an adjustment
factor may be needed to achieve the target light level after calibration. If the calibrated LMDL and fixture combination
outputs less light than the target light level (set in the LMRC parameter), adjust the ‘target light level’ parameter by
increasing to an appropriate amount. When utilized, the new midpoint calibration value will increase target light level
performance.
PtP with LMPL-611
When using the LMPL-611 as the primary room controller and when using either a wireless LMSW, LMDM, or LMDL
for PtP, devices may not not leave PtP properly. If using the LMPL-611 as the primary controller and PtP is needed,
enter and exit using the LMPL.
