Multiplayer License instructions

License instructions

New license

If your license has expired, or if you have a Genius, Fortius, Bushido or Vortex trainer and want to

use the Multiplayer function, you can purchase a license in the Tacx online shop. After ordering your

license you will automatically receive an e-mail with a license code. This code has to be activated in

the software.

Buy a license in the Tacx online shop

Start the Tacx Trainer software, go to Multiplayer and choose

Purchase.

You will be directed to the Tacx online shop

(http://www.tacxshop.com/online-shop).

As soon as the license has been ordered, a confirmation e-mail

will be sent with the license code.

After receiving the license code by e-mail, you can enter the code

(for example: rXCV0-MIN82-o36DH-GtR87-NL8ik-hI3TA) using the Register button in the Tacx

Trainer software.

Protected videos

It is not possible to ride protected Real Life Video routes when these are not the users’ property. You

always have to possess the same video.

Activate Multiplayer license

Choose Multiplayer.

When the license has expired, this is shown in the red box at the right bottom corner of the screen.

 Purchase: You will be directed to the Tacx online shop to order a license.

 Register: Here you can enter the license number that you have received by e-mail after your

order in the online shop or that is displayed on the scratch card.

The registration process works the same as activating the Tacx Trainer software license code. See

the images below. We always advise the Online activation option.

After activating Multiplayer, click Next. Do not enter an application key.

The license is now active and is being displayed. The purchase button and the register button have

disappeared. You can now use the Multiplayer function.
