Reliance Controls THP205 is an early warning sump pump alarm and flood alert device that emits a loud 105dB signal when the probe sensor end comes in contact with a liquid electrical conductor such as water. It has a 6-foot sensor wire, allowing the probe end to be placed as desired to monitor for unwanted water, while the alarm body can be mounted on a wall or wood stud away from potential flooding. Mounting screws and anchors are included, as well as a suction cup for attachment to any hard surface and a lead weight for suspending the sensor probe in a sump pump crock.
