Headset Spacer Installation Instructions
Remove top cap and stem from steerer tube. Place spacers under stem on steerer tube until stem is in
the desired position. The top of the stem must be at least 3mm above the top of the steerer tube. If the
stem is in the desired position and there is still steerer tube visible above stem, place spacers on steerer
tube above the stem until there is 3mm of spacer above top of steerer tube. Place top cap on and
tighten until snug. Align stem with front wheels and then tighten stem with torque wrench to the stem’s
specifications.
