For best use of the oven, carefully read the operating instructions and keep them for future

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Electrical connection
Before connecting the appliance, make sure that:
1.
the the mains rated voltage in your home matches that of the appliance, as given on the rating plate;
2.
the power supply line to which the appliance is connected is of adequate power with respect to the
max. power absorbed by the appliance, as given on the rating plate;
3.
the household electrical system is suitably earthed.
Connect the appliance to the mains supply by means of a suitable disconnect switch with
break distance between contacts allowing complete disconnection in the conditions of
overvoltage category III, in compliance with installation regulations.
Notes:
After installation, the electrical components must only be accessible with the use of a special tool.
The power cord must be of the H05RR-F type, in compliance with the table given below.
(*): Taking into account a simultaneity factor of 0.64
Some single-phase appliance models can be run on three-phase power, by proceeding as follows.
Position the jumpers according to the type of power supply (see Fig. 2 A). Connect a power cable with
suitable section:

Warning
Disconnect the appliance from the electrical power supply before carrying out any repairs
or operation.
The qualified technician is responsible for correct installation according to current safety
regulations.
Regulations require that the appliance is earthed.
The Manufacturer declines any responsibility for possible damage to persons, animals or things due to
non-compliance with the above mentioned regulations. The technical data is given on the rating plate
located on the inside of the drawer door. The adjustment conditions are given on a label applied on the
packing. Do not use the oven door for handling operations, or for removing the appliance from the
packing.
Installation
Important
: The covering of the cabinets must be in heat resistant (min. 90°C) material.
If the appliance is to be installed adjacent to kitchen cabinets, leave the minimum spaces given in the
following figure.
The appliance is equipped with 4 feet to allow height alignment with the cabinets.
To fit them, tilt the appliance and screw the 4 feet in the special threads located in the corners
(see Fig. 2).

BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
Remove the accessories from the oven and heat
it at 200°C for about two hours to eliminate the
smell of protective grease and insulating
materials. Keep the window open during this
operation.
Before use, remove:
- stickers located on the front of the appliance
and on the oven door, except the rating
plate;
- cardboard protection and protective plastic
film on the control panel and other parts of
the appliance;
- any sticky labels from the accessories
(for example, under the drip tray).
1. Packaging
The packaging material is entirely recyclable, and is
marked with the recycling symbol , which
identifies it as a type of material that must be sent
to local waste-disposal centres.
2. Product
This appliance is marked in compliance with
European Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
By ensuring that this appliance is scrapped suitably,
the user can help prevent potentially damaging
consequences for the environment and health,
which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate
waste management of this product.
The symbol on the appliance or
accompanying documentation indicates that this
product must not be treated as household waste,
but must be delivered to the nearest collection
centre for the recycling of electrical and electronic
appliances.
Disposal must be carried out in accordance with
local environmental regulations for waste disposal.
For more detailed information about treatment,
recovery and recycling of this product, please
contact your competent local authority, the
collection service for household waste or the shop
where you purchased the appliance.
PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL ADVICE
The appliance is designed solely for household
use for cooking food products. No other type of
use is allowed. The Manufacturer declines all
responsibility for inappropriate use or incorrect
setting of the controls.
Any repairs or adjustments must be carried out
exclusively by a qualified technician.
Never expose the oven to atmospheric agents.
Do not put heavy objects on the door because
they could damage the oven cavity and hinges.
Do not cling to the door.
Never hang anything heavy on the oven door
handle.
Do not cover the bottom of the oven with
aluminium foil or other objects.
The oven door must close properly. The door
seals must be kept clean.
Do not pour water directly into the inside of a
hot oven. The enamel coating could be
damaged.
Fruit juice drippings from the baking tray may
leave permanent stains. It is advisable to clean
the appliance before reusing it.
To prevent the oven coating from being
scratched, never drag pots and pans across the
bottom of the oven.
The accessible parts of the appliance may get
very hot during use. Keep children away.
Never use abrasive materials or substances to
clean the GLASS, to prevent damaging it.
The unit gets very hot during use. Do not touch
the heating elements in the oven.

Residual condensation after cooking could
damage the oven and surrounding kitchen units
in time. We recommend that you:
- set the lowest temperature;
- cover food;
- remove food from the oven;
- dry the wet parts when the oven is cool.
Attention: The front panel and the handle
of the oven door warm up when the
appliance is switched on for a long time at
high temperatures.
Do not touch the appliance with wet parts of the
body or use it when barefoot.
Do not pull the appliance or the power supply
cable to disconnect them from the electrical
supply.
Do not allow children to touch:
-the controls and the appliance in general,
especially during and immediately after use:
risk of injury;
- packaging (bags, polystyrene, metal parts,
etc.);
- any appliance to be scrapped.
Make sure that the electrical cables of any other
appliances used near the oven do not touch hot
parts or get caught in the oven door.
Do not place inflammable material in the oven
or nearby: a fire may break out if the oven is
inadvertently switched on.
Use oven gloves to remove pans and
accessories, when the oven is hot.
If alcoholic beverages are added when roasting
or cooking cakes and sweets (for example. rum,
cognac, wine, etc.) remember that alcohol
evaporates at high temperatures. Vapours
released by the alcohol may catch fire upon
coming into contact with the electric heating
element.
Do not heat or cook foods in closed jars. The
pressure developed inside could cause the jars
to explode, damaging the oven.
Do not use containers made of synthetic
material for cooking (except for packages
specifically designed for this purpose; see the
manufacturer's instructions). They could melt at
high temperatures.
Always keep a watch on pans when cooking with
oil and grease. Oil and fat can overheat and catch
fire!
Never pull out fully loaded shelves. Use extreme
caution.
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
This appliance is intended to come into
contact with foodstuffs and conforms to
Directive 89/109/EEC.
This appliance is designed to be used for
cooking only.
Any other use (for example. for room
heating) is considered as improper use and
potentially dangerous.
This appliance has been designed,
constructed and marketed in compliance
with:
- The safety requirements of
“Low Voltage” Directive 73/23/EEC;
- the protection requirements of EMC
Directive 89/336/EEC;
- the requirements of Directive
93/68/EEC.

ENERGY SAVING TIPS
Electric hob
The appliance is fitted with cooking zones of different diameter/power hotplates.
The diameter of the pots and pans should match that of the cooking zone hotplates.
If possible, keep the container covered when cooking.
Cook vegetables, potatoes, etc. with a small amount of water in order to cut down cooking time.
A pressure cooker allows you to save even more energy and time.

OVEN ACCESSORIES
Accessories supplied depend on the model. The
accessories provided with the oven are listed in the
Product Description Sheet provided separately (under
Accessories).
Drip tray (1)
Used for collecting fat and any scraps of food when placed under
the grill, pour a little water into the drip tray to prevent spatters
of fat and smoke.
The drip tray can be used as a container for cooking meat,
chicken and fish with or without vegetables.
Grid (2)
The grid can be used to grill food or as a support for baking trays,
cake tins and other cooking receptacles. It can be placed on any
of the runners in the oven.
Baking tray (3)
For cooking biscuits, cakes and pizzas.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the appliance from the electrical power supply before
carrying out any cleaning operation.
Clean using a damp cloth and warm soapy water or diluted
liquid detergent.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive products, chlorine products
or steel wool.
Do not use steam cleaners.
Do not use flammable products.
Do not leave acidic or alkaline substances such as vinegar, salt,
lemon juice, etc., on the hob.
Stainless steel surface
Clean with a proprietary stainless steel detergent.
Cleaning the electric hotplates
The electric hotplates must be cleaned when they are lukewarm.
Wipe them with a cloth moistened with water and salt, and polish
with a cloth moistened with oil.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
1. The appliance does not work:
Check the mains power supply and that the
appliance is electrically connected
Switch the appliance off and on, to see if the
problem persists.
IMPORTANT:
Check that the oven selector is not turned to
“0” or to the “lamp” symbol .
Removing the door
Attention: When carrying out the following operations it is
advisable to wear protective gloves. Follow these
instructions carefully to prevent injury to persons and/or
damage to the oven door and hinges.
The oven door can be removed as follows:
1.
for this purpose the hinges

are provided with movable U
bolts

which hook onto the sectors of hinges

, when
thedoor is completely open, locking it (Fig. 1);
2.
hold the sides of the door near the hinges and lift the door
outwards, carrying out the two movements shown in Fig. 2;
3.
to refit the door, insert the hinges in their seats. Do not forget
to remove the movable U bolts

before closing the door.
Pay attention to the oven door hinges: risk of injury to
hands!.
Changing the rear oven lamp bulb:
1.
Disconnect the oven from the electrical supply.
2.
After the oven has cooled down, unscrew (anticlockwise) the
lamp cover

(Fig. 3).
3.
Change the bulb (see note).
4.
Screw the lamp cover back on.
5.
Reconnect the oven to the electrical supply.
Note: use only 15 W/230 V, E-14 type, T300°C bulbs
available from After Sales Service.
Important: Do not use the oven until the lamp cover has
been repositioned.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
Before you call the After Sales Service
1.
See if you can solve the problem on your own
(see “Troubleshooting Guide”).
2.
Switch the appliance off and on again to see if the
problem persists.
If after the above checks the fault persists,
contact your nearest After-Sales Service.
Please specify:
the type of fault;
exact type and model of oven;
the After-Sales Service number (the number
given after the word “Service” on the rating
plate) located on the inside of the drawer door.
The service number is also indicated on the
guarantee booklet;
your full address;
your telephone number.
For repairs, contact an
Authorized After-Sales
Service
, indicated in the warranty.
If any work is carried out by technicians not
belonging to the Manufacturer's authorized After-
Sales Service centres, request a receipt detailing the
work performed and make sure that the
replacement parts are
original.
Failure to comply with these instructions can
compromise the safety and quality of the product.
