MANUFACTURER’S LIMTED WARRANTY
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
This warranty covers your fitness product against defects in material and workmanship
when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions provided it receives
proper care. The warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not transferable.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This product is designed for home use. This warranty does not cover fitness products
which are (1) used in a commercial environment; or (2) subject to misuse, neglect,
accident, or unauthorized repairs and alterations; or (3) running belt and drive
adjustments; and (4) normal maintenance functions. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
REPAIR PARTS AND SERVICE
All of the parts for this elliptical can be ordered from your local
dealer. Dealers also have trained service personnel who can
assist you with any service questions you may have.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
1.1
Attach the wires together from the
upright tube to the main assembly.
Assemble the upright tube (X) to the
lower frame assembly (A) using 4 bolts
(U) and 4 spring washers (V). Attach the
water bottle holder to the frame using 2
bolts (Z1).

Attach the wires together from the
console (S) and the upright tube and
assemble the console to the upright
tube using 4 machine screws that are
already attached to the back of the
computer console.

Attach left (C) and right (E) upper
covers, along with the upright tube cover
(B) to the frame with 2 screws (D).
These must be attached from the left
side to the right side.

Using a bolt (Q) and a plastic cap (R),
assemble the left and right handrail to
the upright tube.

4.1
Slide the axle into the front bearing
assembly of the connector post. Attach
to the handrail using 2 machine screws
(M). Note: Screws must be secured
tightly on both sides to prevent the axle
from spinning inside of the bearing
housing. Repeat for opposite side.
4.2
Assemble the left and right handrail
covers to each handrail using 1 bolt and
nut for each side (L).

Insert the front foot (G) into the frame
(A) and insert and tighten 2 bolts (I) per
side. Then slide the roller caps on (H).

Explanation of Keys
+ - Keys: Increases the values of the program and increases the resistance while using
the machine.
ENTER/SELECT – Enters and selects values during programming. While exercising,
this key also changes the rpm value to speed (mph or kph).
START/STOP/RESET – Press once to start the clock: press during the workout to stop
the clock: press and hold for two seconds to reset all values.

Operation of the BF 6.5E
1. Plug the electrical cord into the base of the unit and into a grounded outlet.
2. Quick Start – Press START and you may begin exercising in the manual mode.
The time will count up from 00:00 and you may adjust the resistance using the + -
keys.

4. Using the + - keys, select the program you wish to use and press ENTER. You
may then start to exercise with time counting from 00:00 by pressing START.
Note: If no time value is set, each of the 10 program segments will be two
minutes in length.

5. If desired, you can preset a time goal for your workout. After entering the
program you want to use, TIME will be blinking. After using the + - keys to get to
your desired goal, press ENTER. Then press START to begin the workout. Note:
Each segment will be 1/10 of the time goal, so if a time goal of 30 minutes is set,
each segment will be 3 minutes. If a time goal of 10 minutes is set, each segment
will be 1 minute.
6. It is also possible to set a wattage level, or resistance level, for the first segment.
After you have set the time, and before you press enter, you can adjust the
wattage for the first segment, using the + - keys, and press ENTER. Then press
START to begin the workout. It is also possible to adjust the resistance during
the workout by pressing the + - keys. This will change the resistance of all of the
segments when this is done.
7. User Programs – The user programs can be set while exercising on the BF 6.5E,
or before using the BF 6.5E. After selecting any of the user programs, use the + -
keys to select the time, and press ENTER. Then, using the + - keys, select your
age and press ENTER. You may then press START and begin exercising and
the BF 6.5E will remember the resistance level at the end of each segment. Or,
before pressing START, adjust the resistance level for segment 1 and press
ENTER to store the resistance level. You then adjust for segment 2 and press
ENTER to store. This can be done for any or all 10 segments, press START and
begin exercising. The resistance level remains in memory until changed.
